Podere Casetta, located less than 2 km from the little village Casole D'Elsa, enjoys splendid views of gorgeous Tuscany countryside. This peaceful haven immersed in the calm and in the tranquillity of in the countryside, it's a perfect place to relax and open the senses to new experiences.

It's possible to go to the discovery of the breathtaking, uncontaminated landscape by visiting ancient churches, medieval castles and small villages where the rhythm of life remains unaltered over time.

At the same time Podere Casetta has a strategic position, at the crossroads between Siena, Pisa and Florence guarantees an unlimited choice of outings:Florence, which is only 65 km away by motorway, and Siena, only 20 minutes away, while San Gimignano, Volterra, Casole d'Elsa, and Colle Val d'Elsa are only a few minutes away by car.

There is also the Chianti area with its historic municipalities of Castellina and Gaiole, and further south there are the famous towns of Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico, the sulphurous waters of Bagno Vignoni and whether to say of the thermal spas of Rapolano and Petriolo, famed as far back as Roman times, offer their visitors a range of beauty and relaxation treatments.

Podere Casetta is a typical farmhouse built entirely out of stone and restored with simplicity, furnished in typical Tuscan country style in wood, wrought iron and with the colour scheme endowing a sense of peace and tranquillity.

The farmhouse offer different apartments in particular " Volpe" of 110 mq; apartment's interiors have been embellished with antique pieces from the 1700-1800s. Volpe has its own private entrance also has its own outdoor (of 120 mq).

In the ground floor there is a large living area: kitchen, a good relaxing TV with a sofa bed and a fireplace; in the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a little mezzanine door with a single bed.

There are: an American coffee maker, iron and ironing board, baby bed and high chair.

The swimming pool (9m x 16 m) enjoys lovely views on the countryside equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The apartment has own private garden of 120 mq, equipped with a table, chairs umbrella and a barbecue.

From Florence
Take the A1 motorway, exit at "Firenze-Certosa" and take the Firenze-Siena superstrada in the direction of Siena.
Exit at Colle Val d'Elsa, fist exist, and follow the signs to Volterra and San Gimignano.

On reaching the location "Le Grazie" turn to the left and follow the signs to Casole d'Elsa, and then to Radicondoli.
Take the first turn to the left and continue as far as the sign Podere Casetta.

From Grosseto
Take the A1 motorway, exit at "Firenze-Certosa" and take the Firenze-Siena superstrada in the direction of Siena.
