Located close to the centre of Cascais at a quite area, this apartment is perfect for a big family.

It has 2 floors, balcony with nice view and at the same time with privacy. Easy to park if you have car

The apartment is located at a second floor without elevator but easy access.

In the surrounding area you will find all the necessary: banks, coffee stores, restaurants, supermarkets, gym.
If you don't have car there are buses driving in this area and they are driving to Cascais centre or to the biggest shopping centre in the area: Cascais Shopping.

- We don't accept lesser than 7 nights from May till September.
- For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer or PAY PAL and the rest at the arrival date.
- We also ask at the arrival date a security deposit of 250 Euro to return back to you at the end of your staying if the property is left without damages.
- Final cleaning -40 Euro not included
- Cots, high chair, internet can be provided upon request.
- Special discounts for 2 weeks, 3 weeks , 1 month
- If you stay 2 ,3 weeks also offer you 1 or 2 cleaning's in the middle.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

- In Portugal the climate is not with very low temperatures in the Winter.
- But Summer can have high temperatures according to the months.
- If you choose this apartment there is a lot of interesting places to visit: Estoril, Sintra, Belem, old part of Lisbon.
- A visit to Belem and you will have a part of the history of Portugal , the discoveries
- If you have children the Oceanario at Parque das Nações is very important to visit.
- There you can see a big Aquarium with all kind of fishes.
- It is also important to take your children to the Zoo.
- In Cascais , close to the Marina there is also another park for children where there are swings, and also small animals.

The Cascais area

- During the Summer Cascais has several fairs: Book fair, sardines fair.
- Estoril has the handicraft fair.
- Don't forget to take a look at the Marina of Cascais there are also several bars and restaurants.
- If you like fishing it is also possible to rent a boat a go for fishing.

- Golf is one attraction in the area.
- There are several golf courses: Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa, Beloua, Estoril
