The beach at Guincho, famed for its wind and kite surfing is a short drive, and enroute you will pass many excellent seafood reastaurants with magnigficent views over the Atlantic waves. For golf lovers the courses of Oitavos, Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa and Estoril are all within 10 minutes drive and for city lovers you can take the train to Lisbon along the banks of the River Tejo in 40 mins.

Cascais area
Cascais is a coastal town 30 kilometres west of Lisbon, with about 35,000 residents in the town. It is a cosmopolitan suburb of the Portuguese capital and one of the richest municipalities in Portugal.
The former fishing village gained fame as a resort for Portugal's royal family in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Nowadays it is a popular vacation spot for both Portuguese and foreign tourists. Cascais is also a municipality with over 180,000 inhabitants.
It also has an airport for general aviation serving the Lisbon Region in Tires (S. Domingos de Rana), "Aeroporto Municipal de Cascais".
How to get there
Daily direct flights to Lisbon from most major European cities.
TAP and British Airways fly several times daily to London Heathrow and Gatwick. TAP also fly daily to Dublin as do Aer Lingus.
EasyJet operate daily from London Gatwick, Luton, Bristol and Liverpool.
Fly with BMI from Birmingham and Manchester.

A 25% deposit will secure your reservation with the balance payable by transfer latest 2 weeks in advance of your arrival. We will request a €400 damage deposit to be transferred with the balance, which we will be pleased to return to you within a week of your departure in the event of no damage or breakages.
Air conditioning is available for an additional charge of €50 per week. For winter rentals (mid Nov-mid March) a €100 surcharge per week will be added to cover central heating costs.
