The house is charming and well decorated with two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting and dining room and bathroom. There is an ample terrace to the front with an outdoor dining area and a small garden to the back overlooking the communal gardens and pool.
The house is situated in a 4 star condo with all amenities including 24 hour security, cafe, bar, restaurant, international newsagents, mini market, children's play area, creche, laundry and two large pools.
A stones throw away lies the five star Quinta da Marinha resort complete with golf and spa both of which are available to the public. This whole area is considered one of Portugals most glamorous neighbourhoods and is close to both stunning beaches and the picturesque town of Cascais with its fine dining shops and bars.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
The Lisbon coast is situated in western europe and enjoys the most annual sunshine in europe. The climate is mild but generally sunny in winter and hot in summers.Portugal is renowned for its natural beauty and also boasts a lot of places of historical interest. Lisbon is a wonderful city to explore with all of its old charming neighborhoods for example Bairro Alto with its maze of narrow streets, the castle and monastry of Belem.
Cascais / Quinta da Marinha area
Cascais itself is a very picturesque small town with its charming old buildings, sea views and little beaches. Nearby lies Sintra situated in the hills and popular with the aristocracy who fled the heat of the summer to their palaces there in August.
If sight seeing is not your thing then sun worshippers or sports fans would be happy too with a wide selection of beaches, watersports and golf available.
Quinta Da Marinha is one of the most expensive property areas in Portugal and the quality is reflected by this.
How to get there
-The closest airport is Lisbon situated 35km away. There are many budget airlines who now fly there including Monarch, Easy Jet and BMI Baby aswell as the regular airlines such as TAP Portugal and British Airways who offer surprisingly competetive fares.
-Once in Lisbon you can hire a car with companies such as Budget or Avis or alternatively you can arrange a shuttle or taxi.

Further details indoors: The house is modern and well equipped. There are two double bedrooms and a further sofa bed in the sittiing room for extra guests. A portable cot is also available for our smaller visitors.
There is a large sitting/dining area which leads out on to the front terrace complete with dining table and chairs perfect for al fresco meals on balmy summer nights.
The house is surrounded by beautiful well maintained communal gardens alive with flowers and colours.
Further details outdoors: Aside from the communal pools and golf on the doorstep the house is in a beautiful green area perfect for bike rides and walks.
There is a cycle path that runs from near by the house to the stunning beach 'praia do guincho' very popular with surfers and wind surfers and bikes can be rented nearby. Also nearby is a stable which arranges horse rides through the countryside.
