There is a large green area with a pool perfect for cooling down and lounging around as you sunbathe. There is a BBQ lovely for entertaining family and friends to a big meal to enjoy outside under the Portuguese sun. You have total privacy and security whilst staying at this property.

If you are an enthusiastic about golf or you are looking for relaxing holidays this is the perfect choice for you. Located 2 minutes walking to the golf club and 2 minutes walking to the public pools we can offer you this fantastic and completely renewed house.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Quinta da marinha is located more or less 7 far from cascais.
It is a quarter where you can find buildings and villas and still green areas.
If you have children this is perfect. Because there is a play ground for children
If you don’t have car , there is a bus connection that goes to the centre of Cascais, and also to the biggest shopping centre in the area-Cascais shopping.
During the Summer there is also a sightseeing bus that drives you from Estoril till Cabo da Roca
There is a very famous beach 5 minutes driving- Guincho beach.
This beach is very famous because of the surfing.
But in the centre of Cascais there are also several beaches
In Cascais there are also other places to visit such as Cabo da Roca, the most occidental point in Europe.
Along the coast you will also find fantastic restaurants where you can taste all kind of food.

Every Summer there are some Summer festivals: book fair, saints celebrations( Saint Anthony, surf championships, golf, and tennis tournaments.

We also ask at the arrival date a damage deposit of 400 Euros.
This damage deposit is returned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the house.
Arrival date the payments must be in cash.
