Home description

Inside a private condominium with pool and tennis is this apartment with a fantastic sea view.
The private 120m2 terrace is facing the ocean and also facing the pool area and the tennis court.
Car is adviced but not totaly because almost everything is close to your apartment such as: backery and supermarket more or less 100 m, the closest restaurants you will find at t fantastic place also facing the ocean -Casa da Guia.
In the area there are also pharmacy, banks.
If you want to have light meals , inside the condominium there is also a snack bar.
You can also use the gym inside the condominium with an extra price.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

This building is located 5 minutes far from cascais.
It is a quarter where you can find buildings and villas and still green areas.
If you have children this is perfect. because there is a play ground for children
If you dont have car , there is a bus conection that goes to the centre of Cascais, and also to the biggest shopping centre in the area-Cascais shopping.
During the Summer there is also a sightseeing bus that drives you from Estoril till Cabo da Roca
There is a very famous beach 5 minutes driving- Guincho beach.
This beach is very famous because of the surfing.
But in the centre of Cascais there are also several beaches
In Cascais there are also other places to visit such as Cabo da Roca, the most occidental point in Europe.
Along the coast you will also find fantastic restaurants where you can taste all kind of food.

At the basement there is a garage for one car.
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons.
Internet is possible with an extra price per day.

Close to the condominium you can rent bycicles, there is a special promenade from this area to Guincho beach or to the centre of Cascais .
You can also use the big gym that is at the main street, they have an indoor pool, but all this with an extra price.

Conditions

Internet conection can be provided with an extra daily price.
MINIMUM PERIODE OF RENT IS 7 DAYS.
For the reservation we ask 50% by bank transfer or by PAY PAL and the rest as a cash payment at the arrival date. We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 250 euros that is returned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the apartment.
Final cleaning of 25 euros is also requested.
Long rentals are also welcome.
