This luxury Villa is situated at Guia, in Cascais and has beautiful sea views. The ocean front plot of this condominium also faces the Guia Lighthouse. The ambience of the location is reinforced by a Club House equipped with snooker table, Turkish bath, a large living room, two WCs with shower, a gym, a tennis court and a playground.
The Villa has two large en suite bedrooms with balconies, one overlooks the ocean (upstairs). Within easy distance you have the cycling lane from down town Cascais to Guincho (7 km), the Cascais' Marina and Yatch Club, several sandy beaches, golf courses, racquet health & spa club, horse riding hippodrome.
