Home description

Located at a building with only 6 apartments, this apartment offers you fantastic holidays.
Car is not necessary because everything is close: supermarket - 2 minutes, pharmacy - 2 minutes, coffee stores - 2 minutes, bank - 3 minutes.
There is also a fantastic fish restaurant 2 minutes walking.

The train station is only a 4 minutes walk.
During the Summer Cascais has several events and traditional fairs.
If you like to buy fresh fish, vegetables fruits, the Cascais market is only 4 minutes walking.
On Wednesday there is also a cloth market where you can buy nice cloths with cheap prices.
Closest town, Estoril, the famous Casino where you can see the different shows.
During the Summer there is also the handicraft fair.
If you want to visit Lisbon, take the train to the Cais do Sodre and then the subway.
Important places to visit: Castelo de S.Jorge,Alfama, Bairro Alto, Belem
If you like night life go to Docas, there are several and different kind of Restaurants and bars.
Dont forget to visit another wonderful Sintra town and its monuments: Castelo da Pena, Palacio da Vila and the Pena, Seteais, Monsserrat.
In Sintra you can also taste the fabulous sweets.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

In Portugal the clima is not with very low temperatures in the Winter.
But Summer can have high temteratures according to the months.
If you choose this apartment there is a lot of interesting places to visit: Estoril, Sintra, Belem, old part of Lisbon.
A visit to Belem and you will have a part of the history of Portugal , the discoveries
If you have children the Oceanario at Parque das Nações is very importante to visit.
There you can see a big Aquarium with all kind of fishes.
It is also important to take your children to the Zoo.
In Cascais , close to the Marina there is also another park for children where there are swings, and also small animals.

Cascais area

During the Summer Cascais has several fairs: Book fair, sardines fair.
Estoril has the handicraft fair.
Dont forget to take a look at the Marina of Cascais there are also several bars and restaurants.
If you like fishing it is also possible to rent a boat a go for fishing.

Golf is one of the attractions in the area.
There are several golf courses: Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa, Beloua, Estoril

How to get there

From Lisbon to Cascais there are several options:
1) By bus and train-Take the bus at the airport to the main train station, Cais do Sodre, and then take the train direction Cascais.
From Cascais train station to the apartment is more or less 10 minutes walking.

2) With taxi the price from the airport to CASCAIS is more or less 50 euros

3) If you rent a car take the A5 direction Cascais
4) If you order in advance together with the booking, we can also arrange a pick up service from the airport to the apartment with an extra price.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single bed, another one with 2 single beds.
The living/ dining area has a good area, the view is to the grassed garden.
There is also a tv living area where there is sofa bed for 2.
The kitchen is full equipped, there are also 2 bathrooms.
There is also a particular and romantic fireplace at the main bedroom.
If you have children this apartment is perfect because they can play safely in the garden.

Conditions

For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date a damage deposit of 200 euros.
This damage deposit is returned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the apartment.
