Two houses in this special location by the sea front only 8KM from the centre of Lisbon and Cascais. The houses share the same beautiful grounds, and we are able to offer them to groups of up to 18 people. One house, Bougainville, has 4 bedrooms, for up to 10 people; the other house, Belvedere, has 3 bedrooms, for up to 8 people.
The houses are an ideal haven for a holiday with as little or as much sightseeing as you wish. In a priviledged residential area, they have splendid views of the point where the river Tagus meets the Atlantic ocean; both houses offer secure accommodation with outside space.
Beaches The sandy beaches of Paço de Arcos and Caxias are 15 minutes walking distance. Cascais and Estoril beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by local train and further afield Guincho, praia das Macas, praia da Adraga and many others are an easy car drive.
The charming old centre of Paço de Arcos an easy stroll, and offers numerous restaurants in a beautiful setting. Local shops are 5 minutes away and the Oeiras Marina with its beautiful boats, shops and restaurants is close.
A futuristic suspended train (SATU) joins Paço de Arcos to a large shopping centre for the serious shopper and a cinema complex with films in English. Access to Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra is easy and quick, making this the ideal base to explore the whole area.
Golf Details There are six courses within a 16 km (10 mile) range, with plenty to offer beginner and advanced players.
Guests looking for somewhere untouched by tourism will find a haven, equally suitable for romantic and family holidays.

Further details indoors: Belvedere House: A spacious living room with sea views opens up onto a private terrace ideal for sunbathing or 'al fresco' meals. The main double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and ample storage. Next door is the bunk bedroom, ideal for young children; the third bedroom has direct access to the patio garden. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. 2 bathoooms.
Bougainville House: Spacious and well equipped house with fantastic views. The large living room accommodates 10 people comfortably, and opens up to the amazing terrace with its beautiful mature bougainville. Part of the living room can be completely closed off to form a bedroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms.

Ms Cliodhna I. "We had a wonderful stay in Paco de Arcos. Maria could not have been more hospitable. The apartment was clean on arrival. The view from the apartment is fabulous particularly of the Tagus bridge at night from the pool area. The town of Paco de Arcos is within a 10 minute walk and has a good choice of restaurants and also a beach. Access to Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais is available by train (station 5 minute walk from apartment), approx. 20 minute trip. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there and will definitely return for a longer stay next time!"
