This comfortably decorated Villa, is situated in Vila Bicuda’s resort which has a privileged location at Cascais/Sintra park.
The Villa has three large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 42m living room. One double suite ( 2) with a balcony, and one double twin suite on the first floor (4). Downstairs one double bedroom ( 2), a social bathroom and living room. It has also porch furnished with table and chairs for alfresco meals and breakfast ( 8) and deckchairs (2) and one sun bed to rest and appreciate the sunset.
This resort is unique due to the facilities available.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Costa de Lisboa, on the southwestern coast, offers a rich and impressively integrated diversity. The capital of Portugal since its conquest from the Moors in 1147, Lisbon is a legendary city with over 20 centuries of History.
The St George’s Castle and Mouraria is one of the oldest quarters in Lisboa on the top of the hill. Adjacent to the Mouraria are the likewise old quarters of Alfama Every year in June, the streets of all three quarters come alive with the feasts in honour of the popular saints ( St António - 12 June ) . Bairro Alto is also wonderfully lively at night – lots of restaurants, fado houses and late night bars/clubs.
In front of Tejo river ( Tagus), the visitor can’t miss Torre de Belém (Tower from the 15 century) and the Mosterio dos Jerónimos ( from the 16/17 century in Manueline Style). Also, nearby the river in Alcântara there are plenty of fashion restaurants and bars in a place called Docas ( docks)

Cascais has a wide variety of delightful beaches, like Guincho, Cascais, Carcavelos, and nearby Praia Grande, and has excellent facilities for almost every water sports, like : sailing ( Cascais Marina), windsurfing in Guincho, bodyboarding, diving (scuba and snorkelling), water Skiing ( Cascais Sailing Club) and several others.
Due to its mild climate all year round, this region has unique Golf conditions. 500 meters away from Villa Bicuda resort there is a 18 hole golf course and 10 minutes away by car there are five 18 others hole golf courses.
Also try the restaurants along the Guincho Road. Most of them include a huge variety of fish and seafood dishes. There is salt-cod (bacalhau), prepared in many ways. Some that stand out are Faroleiro, Monte Mar (high price, but great food and dashing atmosphere), or a quick meal near the beach ( Bar do Guincho) . The best red wines, will be available in most restaurants. There is a vast choice of restaurants (from sophisticated ones to basics) and price vary enormously.
Cascais has several cultural places like the Condes Castro Guimaraes Museum, forts, Sea museum .
Nightlife includes the disco Coconuts which is one of Cascais favourite spots ( where one can dance below the stars and near the sea!). Another unforgettable place is Casino Estoril where several ravishing shows take place.
In the centre of Cascais, the terraced cafés in Camões Square, is an excellent place to spend the rest of the evening.
The Artisan Fair in Estoril (July – August) offers handicraft and a wide range of traditional food restaurants.
If you’re looking for fashionable brands and gifts try Cascais Shopping ( huge mall centre).
Try also Cascais' Fair in the town centre on Wednesday morning ( food , clothes, china and so on for really cheap prices) and Carcavelos' Fair on Thursday morning near the railway station.
Near to Cascais is Sintra town ( World Heritage Site ) with its fabulous Pena Palace ( 1839), Romantic architecture. It’s well worth a day.

Fly to Lisbon, take A5 highway to Cascais (it's 26 km from the airport).

The Villa can lodge 8 persons. From 6 to 8 persons a supplement of 100€ is charged.

Just a note to thank you for everything both before and during our stay. We loved the villa - it was ideal for our family group with enough space for everyone and very well equipped (…). The complex was lovely; quiet and very well maintained. We found plenty to do in the area to keep us entertained - in fact we all wished that we had booked for two full weeks!
