About the home
A wonderful beach family holiday conveniently situated on the second floor of well-maintained building. Situated in one of the most panoramic and interesting parts overlooking the sandy beach and offering the best view of the bay and marina. Right in the centre of Cascais yet in a quiet and private area.
The apartment consists of living room, open plan kitchen and two specious bedrooms (1 ensuite) and family bathroom. The living room boasts a large window with a stunning sea views and a private balcony. Although the balcony is not big enough to accommodate any furniture, it is prefect for stepping out to enjoy peaceful and tranquil sights of the bay.
The kitchen is fully functioning and includes an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster and washing machine.
The apartment can sleep up to five people. Each bedroom has one comfortable double bed that can be converted into two twin beds and the sofa bed in the living area can comfortably accommodate one person.

You will not need a car as all the amenities are within a walking distance, including supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Should you decide to take a trip, the local train station is only a few minutes away. A number of bus services are also accessible nearby, and there are excellent road links to Lisbon and surrounding areas.

Conditions
To secure bookings a 50% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We also require a security deposit of 250 euros per week payable in cash upon arrival. This is fully refundable if nothing is broken or damaged and the house is returned in a clean and tidy condition.
The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

It is at the centre of a region rich in diversity and is always been ready to welcome new visitors. It is the sea, climate and the striking nature that give this region its positive energy. Perhaps this is why Lisbon is a city that is full of life.
The Cascais area
Facing the south, the Cascais beaches visitors calm waters, fine sand and modern facilities, to provide all comfort. One of the particular attractions of the area is its numerous restaurants. Try some of the most typical dishes of the region, including fish and shellfish, such as steamed lobster, sea bass, white bream or the memorable Cascais sole.
Nowhere else in the world can such dramatic changes of scenery and such contrasting atmospheres be experienced in as small an area as the Estoril Coast. The region offers a concentration of different experiences all within a half hour’s drive. Apart from an enormous range of sights attractive to any visitor, a number of more specialised interests can also be pursued. One of the greatest flavours of life is adrenalin, and there is no lack of sources of adrenalin in Cascais, with a wide range of facilities for all sportsmen and women.
The magnificent selection of golf courses in the Costa do Estoril region are a major attraction for golfers. Considered some of the best in Europe, they can be found in privileged locations and with the best possible facilities and infrastructure. Playing golf in Estoril is pure pleasure for all players that visit its famous, international courses.

Lisbon Portugal is a popular destination and flights are readily available for travelers. TAP Air Portugal, British Airways and Easy Jet are just some of the airlines that offer cheap flights to Lisbon. Cheap flights to Lisbon can be found on many websites www.flytap.com, www.cheapflights.co.uk, www.terminal.pt. Ryanair is offering cheap flights to Faro, from where you can get to Cascais is about 2.5 hours.
Cascais sits on the coast next to the Estoril and is about 30 minutes away from Lisbon by car via A5 Highway.
Car hire available at the airport, alternatively you can check Avis.com or Hertz.com for available options.
We would be happy to arrange a transfer from the airport for you, just send us an email and we would make all the necessary arrangements. Should you prefer to take a taxi, they are always available at the airport.
Another way to get to Cascais is by train from Lisbon Station Cais do Sodre. You can get to the station by the regular Lisbon Centre shuttle bus from the airport.
