About the home

An imposing house in one of the more prestigious roads of Cascais with stunning views over across the bay and Marina.

The apartment is elegantly furnished and fully equipped, air-conditioning in the living rooms, very spacious and within easy walking distance to the heart of Cascais yet set in a peaceful location on the edge of wooded parkland.

Three bedrooms, three bath and shower rooms and separate WC. The large L shaped living room with wrap around veranda overlooking the sea has twin and comfortable sofa beds so the house can accommodate eight people with ease.

Excellent garden with an enormous terrace, private pool,.Good parking.

Maid service available if required.

Integrated music system, satellite TV, high speed broadband access.

Easy access to the Lisbon/Sintra motorways.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Lisbon, Portugal’s bright capital, spreads along the north bank of the River Tagus, which meets the ocean here. Just outside the city are the seaside resort of Estoril and the romantic hills of the Serra de Sintra, where the perfect bond between palaces and nature led to the area being classified as a world heritage site. It is the sea, the climate and the stunning nature that give this region its peculiar energy. Its many parks and nature reserves encourage visitors to spend time in the open air, enjoying the peace and quiet of a round of golf or the adrenaline buzz of surfing.

The Cascais area

The charming fishing village of Cascais and the Estoril coast was formerly the chosen home for most of Europe’s deposed Royalty (King Juan Carlos often returns to Cascais ) and the character of the region which they enjoyed has not been lost as it has developed.

Virtually everything today’s international traveler demands is available – a sea front with kilometres of promenade, superb beaches, restaurants of every style, of course with the focus on local seafood, the largest casino in Europe, wonderful boating and sailing conditions, the magnificence of the hills and the world heritage town of Sintra nearby and a range of sporting activities which are truly world class – golf and tennis included.

Last but certainly not least, Cascais is friendly and welcoming which is why the percentage of return visitors is remarkably high.
