The Lounge and both Bedrooms open onto the Terrace. The terrace is complete with an outside dining table, a set of sofa's and coffee table and a 4 man sun lounger/bed.
The clubhouse is also a beautifully furnished restaurant which offers fresh local food and is competitively priced which is 100 meters away. The development is situated 0.7 km away from the beach.
The inside of the apartment has been furnished to a very luxurious standard, including a very large flat screen TV with sky, a dining area, 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms (one of which has a luxury Porcelanosa en-suite attached), an extra Porcelanosa bathroom is situated next to 2nd bedroom, a fully equipped luxury Porcelanosa kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom. There is also an electric blow up bed should the living room want to be converted into another bedroom at night.

The floors of the apartment are made of cream marble and the apartment has been furnished with a very contemporary luxury feel.
The apartment also has a travel cot should any babies be staying.

The apartment is very secure, all terrace doors are dead bolted and the front doors have double locks. The complex itself is also secured, needing key entry to the residential area.
The complex is surrounded by manicured gardens that are maintained by the groundsmen, giving the whole complex a very luxury feel.

The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure, but extra cleaning can be arranged on request.

BookThe Costa del Sol region
300 Days a year of sunshine, hence the name costa del sol. The area is exactly between Sotogrande and Puerto Banus 15 minute drive from either. Estapona is 5 mins away and Duqesa is 3 mins away. So close to many places yet situated in an area that has not been heavily built on. 10 mins towards Marbella is Selwo Safari park which I highly recommend, (copy and paste this address ) http://www.selwo.es/english/index.php
Places of nearby interest are Marbella, also its port which is called Puerto Banus is a must, it is the place to be pampered yachtside and watch the world go by or window shop at one of several of the world renowned fashion houses and boutiques. Also the Polo World of Sotogrande which again supplies the Wow factor. To see real Spain head for traditional villages of Casares and Gaucin which are all close.
Visit Gibraltar for visits to the rock, dolphin spotting and duty free shopping, great for cosmetics and spirits.

Tarifa is 50 mins drive away and is surrounded by stunning flat wide beaches perfect for surfing, kite-surfing and where you can also scuba-dive. Tarifa town has a laid back atmosphere with North African influences in its cuisine. From here you can make a good day trip by short ferry to Morocco
The Casares / Casares Bay area
Costa del sol is known as costa del golf ( over 30 courses)....u have a course infront of you..behind you, yet you are in a private developement, yet still only 800 meters from the beach. Great for Families and golfers.

The complex is directly across the road from the highly acclaimed 5* golf resort, the FINCA CORTESIN, which was home to this year's VOLVO WORLD MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP and will continue to be. This particular resort was recently reviewed in the CONDE NAST TRAVELER Magazine, naming it one of the top 3 best resorts in Europe, and the best in Andalucia, which in turn has had a very positive effect on this particular area, making it one of the top places to stay in the Costa del Sol. Best flights year round are Easyjet to either Malaga or Gibraltar. Monarch as well, both are OK as the apartment is in middle of either airports.
Malaga airport is a 50 minute drive away and Gibraltar airport is a 30 minute drive away. The apartment is situated approx a 15 minute drive from Puerto Banus.
From Malaga airport take the toll road going towards Marbella and come off at exit 153 for the coastal road to take you to the apartment. You must go straight over the next 5 roundabouts til you get to the CASARES roundabout, take the first exit and the apartment is in Bahia de Casares Golf Gardens up on the left hand side.

My wife and 3 kids 7,6 and 4 stayed in this jem of an Apt last Aug and had the most enjoyable,relaxed hol ever....and we've been fortunate to have had quite a few ! Even in peak hol times this complex and the apt are all about tranquil times spent lounging by lovely pools in safe clean surroundings. Stunning views from our balcony on to the golf course and down on to the beach below. Regular Tripadvisor user but first time giving a review . Just had to let ye know this is a jem !! |

superbe appart,confort et bien équipé.électromenager récent tout pour cuisiner.Beaux exterieurs grande terrasse sur laquelle on peut manger à l'ombre.Les piscines sont grandes on peut nager ou jouer sans problèmes(maitre nageur) Proche de la mer et la plage est belle mais la voiture est obligatoire et proche de la montagne,rando sur casares Supermarchés ,fruterias poissonerie et boucheries dans un rayon de 5km Les prix sont très abordables.sans doute un des +beaux appart que j'ai loué sur une dizaine d'année.seul petit bémol,la salle de muscu était fermée. |
