The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol area has approx. 300 days of sunshine and the average temperatures around 19c. makes it an ideal place to visit for those seeking warm weather. There are numerous blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants. The area is well famous for golf, and the property is surrounded by no less than 60 Golf courses.
The ancient town of Ronda high in the mountains has breathtaking views.
Gibraltar and North Africa within reach. The local town of Sabinillas ( less than 4 minutes drive or can be reached by walking on the beach.The town has many attractive beach-side promenade and variety of cafes, bars, restaurant and ice-cream gala, shops and 3 large supermarkets.
Adjacent to Sabinillas is the lively port of Puerto de la Duquesa, offers international cuisines in a variety of excellent restaurants overlooking the marina and plenty of night-time entertainment.
A trip to Morocco on the Hydrofoil is recommended to explore North Africa .
For those who are interesting in horse riding, there is a riding school at San Pedro. Selwo safari and the adventure park is close by for all the family. Sea fishing on local beaches and also birdwatching are also close by.
Casares / Casares Bay area
The beach at Casares is within walking distance (about 300 metres) and there are a small numbers of bars and restaurants on or around the beach. The local town of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Estepona are only a short drive away and all have several bars and restaurants as well as shops.
The white villages of Casares and Mijas are well worth a visit. Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a driving distance. Gibraltar is a must visit.

Further details outdoors: This area has 33% of all the golf courses in Spain .There are beautiful golf courses within short drive and a 5 minutes walk will take you to the Casares Golf. The Marinas of Duquesa, Estepona and Puerto Banus are very close and within 5 to 15 minutes drive. 3 minutes walk will take you to the nearest beach.
Car parking for 2 cars outside the house main door , so you can drive right to the front door.The community is gated so safe for children.
