The House is just 300 meters from Bahia De Casares(Casares Bay) a beautiful,sandy,unspoilt stretch of coast..
It has 3 bedrooms and is designed to an excellant standard with quality modern furniture, spread over 3 floors.
It is fully air conditioned .It is in a private gated development that has 18,000m2 gardens and two communal swimming pools.
It is peaceful and really is a great place to relax,yet only minutes away is the larger resort of Estepona and the beautiful port of Duquesa, where there are many excellant resturants for eating out.
The house is perfect for using as a base for exploring the area and great for golf with more than 60 golf courses stretching along the Costa de Sol.

The Local Towns of Sabinillas and Duquesa have a large number of Bars , Resturants, Souvenir shops and supermarkets.
Only 10 minutes away. Estepona offers even a greater choice including a Carrefour hypermarket.Estepona also have the wonderful must visit African Animal SELWO National Park, with many water parks also accessible within a short drive.
The Street Markets at Mrbella,Fuengirola,Estepona,SanPedro,Sabinillas and Purto Banus as well Sotogrande and San Rogue.
Cosmopolitan Life can be found 30 mins aay in the 'JET-SET' city of Marbella with itshustle and bustle shopping experince of every kind and also at Spain biggest shopping centre at La Canada.

Smoking inside the house is not allowed however you can smoke outside the front and back doors.

The ancient town of Ronda high in the mountains has breathtaking views.
Gibraltar and North Africa within reach. The local town of Sabinillas ( less than 4 minutes drive or can be reached by walking on the beach.The town has many attractive beach-side promenade and variety of cafes, bars, restaurant and ice-cream gala, shops and 3 large supermarkets.
Adjacent to Sabinillas is the lively port of Puerto de la Duquesa, offers international cuisines in a variety of excellent restaurants overlooking the marina and plenty of night-time entertainment.
A trip to Morocco on the Hydrofoil is recommended to explore North Africa .
For those who are interesting in horse riding, there is a riding school at San Pedro. Selwo safari and the adventure park is close by for all the family. Sea fishing on local beaches and also birdwatching are also close by.
The beach at Casares is within walking distance (about 300 metres) and there are a small numbers of bars and restaurants on or around the beach. The local town of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Estepona are only a short drive away and all have several bars and restaurants as well as shops.
The white villages of Casares and Mijas are well worth a visit. Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a driving distance. Gibraltar is a must visit.
