This country property is located in a very quiet and private environment surrounded by trees and with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains of Casares.

This beautiful country house is built on several levels and from where you can appreciate the panoramic views.

The house has a spacious living room with large windows from which you can enjoy spectacular 360 degree views from the living room leads to a spacious outdoor terrace, with a lovely relaxation area outdoors with breathtaking views.

On the same floor there is a dining room withfireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with lovely views of the sea and the mountains, a bathroom en-suite with shower and bath tub and a dressing area.

The house has another large separate bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and a bar area.

The property has serveral private terraces, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and nature and a beautiful pool to enjoy the good weather in southern Spain

The property is located 4 minutes walking from a rural hotel which has a good typical Spanish restaurant and bar area where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The property is located in an area close to 4 very good restaurants with a large traditional Andalusian cuisine.

The pretty village of Casares is a 7 minute drive, the beach is 10 minutes driving, Estepona city is 15 minutes driving, 35 minutes from Marbella and about 1h from Malaga airport.

The Village is called Casares and the property is in the road to Casares, 15 km from the beach.

From the Malaga Airport you need to take the road A-7 and geetting to Estepona you need to take the exit 153.

On the roadabout you need to take the exit to the petrol station and to fallow the instruccion to Casares Village. On the road to Casares Village you will find instruccion to get to Hotel Hermitage.

You need to follow the signs to the Hotel Hermitage.

The house is situated just behind the hotel Hermitage and 2 mins walkind from this.

Casares

The house is situated in the area called Celima-La Manga.

You need to follow the indication to the Hotel Hermitage.

"Grande maison avec vue magnifique. Pas assez bien entretenue."

I have spoken to my neighbour and the dogs will kept away when I have tenants in my property. As a rule, I usually live in my property and I have never had any problems with the dogs.
I can guarantee that any new tenants will not have problems with barking dogs as I have spoken to the owners.
who have agreed to make sure the dogs will not cause any further problems.

When my last tenants stayed on my property, it was very windy. I cleaned the swimming pool at different times everyday, but there are a lot of trees in the vicinity so it was very difficult to have the swimming in perfect condition all time, usually isn't windy on my property and I clean the swimming pool everyday anyway.

I have fixed the problem with the washing machine, and one of the door locks. If the tenant had called me I could have had the problem fixed immediately. But as he did not contact me I was unable to rectify the issue.

I am going to improve my propery for my new tenants and they will be very happy.

"If you want to relax and chill out this is the place for you"

We chose this property for it's location and views. We wanted somewhere to chill out and relax and found the perfect property to do just that. I would thorougly recommend it.
