Home description
Our townhouse is located just 300 meters from the beach. It contains 3 Bedrooms and is well designed to an excellent standard with quality modern furniture, spread over 3 floors. It is in a private gated development that has 18,000m2 gardens and two communal swimming pools. It is quiet and peaceful and really is a great place to relax. Yet only minutes away from the larger resort of Estepona and the beautiful port of Duquesa, where there are many excellent restaurants for eating out.
This house is perfect for relaxing or using as a base for exploring the Costa Del Sol and is absolutely excellent for golf as it is literally in the middle of more than 60 Costa del Sol Golf Courses stretching from Sotogrande in the west to the lesser known Velez Malaga in the east.
There is a large sun terrace with table and chairs that benefits from all day sun and literally gets the last of the sun in the evening (as it disappears off the beautiful mountains!).

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol weather with around 320 days of sunshine and temperatures averaging 19 C makes it an ideal all year round sun break. The area is diverse and offers something for everyone, from bustling international resorts like Marbella to the less well known gems like Duquesa and Casares which have a more traditional town and village atmosphere.
There are numerous blue flag beaches for those looking for pure relaxationand watersports, plus a great selection of bars and restaurants.
There are Water and Wildlife Parks for entertaining the younger members, and and the area is famous for it's World Class Golf facilities for those wishing to test and improve their handicap.
Casares / Casares Bay area
The beach at Casares is within walking distance (about 300meters) and there are a small number of bars & restaurants on or around the beach. The towns of Sabinillas,Duquesa and Estepona are only a very short drive away and all have several bars and restaurants, as well as shops, to keep you occupied. With easy access to the motorway & main coast road, the house is ideally situated to make travelling to other places easy. The white villages of Casares and Mijas are a 'must see'. Marbella & Puerto Banus are a 20 min drive and well worth a visit.
How to get there
- Fly to Malaga or Gibraltar, the property is just 50 mins from Malaga and about 25 mins from Gibraltar.
- Cheap flights are availalbe from Easyjet, BMI Baby, Jet2.com, Monarch and BA to name a few.
