Home description

Sit on the balcony, grab a cold beer or wine and enjoy the stunning view that overlooks the so inviting swimming pool & the sea just beyond. Serenity. Inside all the furniture is of the highest quality & contemporary cool. Ideally for four people, its extendable to 6.

The master bedroom has orthopaedic zipper mattresses, so its a cosy King size or two singles. We'll set it up for your needs. All the amenities you would expect (air-con, iron, Sky TV, DVD etc) & those you wouldn’t (gas BBQ, towels, iPod speakers, haridryer etc). We even have 4 sets of quality golf clubs for your use (Taylor Made, Callaway) so you dont have to spend £120 to bring them over and back.

We are 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to the new Jack Nicklas golf academy and championship golf course at the 5* El Finca resort with its fabulous restaurants and 30 seconds from a wonderful 9 hole course across the road. By car we are 4 minutes from the atmospheric Port of Duquesa, 10 to Estepona, 20 to Puerto Banus & 25 to Marbella. Fun, fine food & fascinating places are on your doorstep. Enjoy.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa Del Sol or Costa Del Golf as its referred to has a wonderful climate year round and plenty to do for all ages and all types of holiday. The beauty about Casares Del Sol is that it is outside of the main tourist areas which are typically mobbed and so is more peaceful and more 'Spanish' yet close enough to enjoy the hotspots of Puerto Banus and Marbella. What this means is that you get beautiful beaches that arent packed; restaurants that serve wonderful food at reasonable prices; and Spanish towns on your doorstep. When you stay at this apartment in Casares Del Sol you will enjoy having the best of both worlds and leave planning your return visit.


Casares Costa area

The atmospheric Port of Duquesa is only 4 mins away with its plentiful bars, restaurants and beautiful marina. Entertaining Estepona is less than 10 mins away with its port area of bars and restaurants, children's play area and beaches and its bustling town centre.
Posey Puerto Banus is 20 mins away and Magnificent Marbella with its charismatic old town just 25 mins. Traditional Spain can be found just 10 mins up the road in Casares Village with its quaint narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses.
Rustic Ronda is just 45 minutes away and definitely worth the drive - the setting is spectacular

Forty minutes will take you to trendy Tarifa the European capital of kite surfing - you gotta see it!

Casares Del Sol has the benefit of two nearby airports: Gibraltar is 30 minutes by car and malaga 45 minutes.

Airlines flying to Gibraltar Airport: Monarch Airines, GBairways.com, BA

Two car hire websites I recommend for cheap car hire are www.arguscarhire.com and holidayautos.com
If you fly to Gibraltar you can hire a car on the Spanish side just 5 minutes walk from the airport and this will save you having to queue to drive through passport control.

The apartment overlooks the stunning swimming pool, so if you are feeling the heat you can be in the refreshing water in 30 seconds. It also has a baby pool for small children.

The lift goes from the secure underground car park to right outside the front door of the apartment, so perfect for getting your bags to the room, for small children or for people with walking difficulties.

Everything in the apartment is of the highest quality and style and everything you need is provided for. There are CD's and DVD's; books and games; iPod speakers and golf clubs all for your enjoyment during your stay.

The balcony has a table and 5 chairs and a gas BBQ and gets the sun right into the night. As darkness falls the pool lights come on and you can enjoy the peace and calming effect of the water from the balcony.

Further details outdoors:
The development is 30% buildings and 70% gardens so it feels wonderfully spacious. With only 3 stories in height, Casares Del Sol is more a relaxing haven of peace than a holiday resort.

There are 6 swimming pools across the complex for you to enjoy, all nestled amongst the expansive gardens.

A commercial and leisure centre together with tennis courts are under contruction and will be completed during 2008.

English speaking management company on-site (20 seconds away!) to greet you on arrival and help you with any queries during your stay
Although our block's pool closes outside of summer months, there is always pools open on the complex all year round and are just a minutes walk away.
