Home description

Located 2 minutes from the beach of Casares, near the Spanish town of Sabanillas and the port of La Duquesa. Ideally situated with views of the ocean, nestled by blue flag beaches and away from the hustle and bustle you would normally expect from the Costa del Sol. The property is suitable for families, golfers or those looking for a base to explore, with both tiny Spanish mountain villages and the lively ports of Puerto Banus or Marbella close by. This privately owned townhouse is on a small peaceful development with its own garden and roof terrace. The development offers a large pool, children's pool and plunge pool and is sheltered by lush gardens at the bottom of a green valley.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Casares beach is on the coastline between Marbella and Gibralter. This is probably the most 'Spanish' area left on the Costa Del Sol. The area is filled with golf courses and there are very few developments over 3 stories high. The climate is the most temperate in Spain. The cool breeze present all year round ensures a respite from the heat in the summer months with no real need , even for air conditioning. The winter months are one of the warmest with temperatures into the 80's even at Christmas, ideal for walkers, golfers or those just wishing do do lots of sightseeing.


Casares / Casares Bay area

Casares Beach is situated close to the Spanish Town of Sabanillas. Sabanillas is just a 20 minute walk along the beach. From the gently sloping blue flag beach to the traditional family run tapas bars you will find something here for everyone. It is near the livelier towns of Estepona and Puerto La Duquesa and is set half way between Marbella and Gibraltar both of which are only 25 minutes away. It is also only a short drive from the picturesque mountain village of Casares and the rich Andalucian countryside. Casares is serviced by 3 local airports; Malaga (50 minutes), Gibraltar (25 minutes), Jerez de la Frontera (1.5 hours). The area is ideally suited for family holidays and young and old alike can enjoy the many attractions the area has whether you want to sun bathe on the local beaches, swim in the ocean, golf until your golfed out, explore the white mountain villages or go further a field on a day trip to Morocco or the windsurfing capital Tariffa.
