The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's year long mild climate of 22-35C is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities all year round.
Casares is within easy reach of miles of golden beaches, golf courses galore and only a short drive to the vibrant shops and night life of Puerto Banus and Marbella. Estepona and Duquesa Marina are also near, and offer everything from shopping, lovely beaches, and plenty of choice for dining out.

A car is recommended to enjoy the sights the Costa del Sol has to offer. Locally there is the picturesque hilltop white washed village of Casares with its impressive Moorish Castle and spectacular views. Selwo Aventure Park in Estepona features Elephants, Giraffes, White Rhino, Bengal Tigers and many many, more animals. There are many more atttractions locally for all the family. The historic town of Rhonda is only an hours drive away and is famous for its hill top setting, bullring and pedestrianised rows of shops. There's so much to see and do with the rock of Gibralatar a 30 minute drive west. Further details outdoors: A large pool is directly accesible from the property and is in view from the terrace, during the summer months a life guard is in attendance at every pool of which there six. Only a short distance away are a selection of beautiful blue flag andulician beaches offering miles of sandy shoreline. A day can be spent enjoying the sandy beaches, warm water and there is a beach restaurant catering for all your needs located at the free car park within walking distance of our apartment. There are several marinas in each direction along the coast within a 15 minute drive, serving a large selection of food to suit every palete, the Mexican at Duquesa is not to be missed. You can appreciate the superb views over the marina as well as dining on superb Italian food at estepona marina. The apartment is located between the two busy towns of Estepona & Duquesa. A drive to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar & Rhonda are not to be missed for shopping, history & local culture. In Estepona there is a large Carrefour supermarket with exceptionally pasteries and good cheap local wines, in Duquesa there is a Lidel supermarket and at Gibraltar a large Morrisions supermarket. Electric gates to secure parking, a lift as well as stairs are available from the secure carpark to the ground floor.

Conditions
25% deposit required within 7 days of booking, remainder to be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Damage deposit of £200 to be held and refunded within 1 week of departure.
