The living room and both bedrooms lead onto the large south facing balcony that has stunning views of sea, golf, mountains and the tropical gardens and pools where you can watch the sun go down with a glass of your favourite tipple. Fully air-conditioned (Hot & Cold). Beautiful comfortable beds with only the best linen and a light duvet if required. This is a home from home and only 600 metres from the award winning blue flag Casares Beach with its own fantastic beach restaurant. Surrounded by six superb golf courses it really is set in a very sought after area and only 4 mins drive from the beautiful Duquesa Marina and 8 minutes from fabulous Estepona Marina. The balcony also has a large retractable sun awning under the pergola which gives you total control of sun and shaded areas of the balcony for your convienience.

The kitchen has all the facilities you use at home including hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc with a separate laundry/store area with a tumble dryer. The large living/dining room has a beautiful 6 seater corner leather suite complimented with a dining table with six chairs. UK Satellite with 42" TV & DVD and stereo system.
Patio doors from the lounge and both bedrooms lead onto the balcony which is south west facing and as such has the sun for most of the day. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with comfortable beds and 100% cotton sheets and light duvet. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and power shower and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The lounge and both bedrooms and kitchen all have air-con ventilation. The 50sqm terrace has table and chairs and sun loungers and settee to enable you to make use of the south west facing balcony with its great views and setting which can be very relaxing at any time of day. There is also a secure storage area in the basement right next to your personal parking space for storing golf clubs or sports equipment etc with lift access up into the apt from the underground secure parking area.

The complex is superbly situated surrounded by six superb golf courses only walking distance away with blue flag beaches only 600 metres away. There is a Five Star Hotel and commercial centre at the Jack Nicklaus Academy which is situated just behind our development on the Finca Cortisan Course which is home of the Volvo World Matchplay Championship and to the side Casares Golf & Country Club.
The entire area has style, sophistication, views, class and all year round weather. You have access to all the local golf courses, club houses, restaurants and commercial centres and this gives even more scope for your entertainment and leisure requirements. With over 60 Golf Courses on the Costa Del Sol and fantastic marinas and beaches you really can't go wrong.

The Andalucia region
There are many beautiful places to visit on the Costa Del Sol the most famous being Marbella and Puerto Banus that still attracts the rich and famous and is a very stylish retreat. There are over 60 Golf Courses along the Costa Del Golf with Valderrama being the venue of the Ryder Cup in 1997 and voted one of the best courses in the world just minutes from Casares. With superb blue flag beaches all along the coast and fantastic marinas and restaurants you are spoilt for choice.
Casares Golf Gardens is situated between Estepona and Dequesa Marinas and is regarded as a very sought after area. The Port of Gibraltar is only 20 minutes away which offers tax free shopping and regular trips are available for any potential bargain hunters should you not have your own transport. Remember to take your passport!
If its shops you want there is also a large area shopping Mall in La Linea near to Gibraltar, one in Estepona and a bigger one still just behind Marbella in a centre called La Canada and all within 20 minutes drive.
Water sports are available on the beach most of the summer months and there is a water park nearby and Selwo Safari park near Estepona just a short distance away. The mountains behind the complex are a fantastic backdrop to the area and are given National Park Status and as such there are walking treks available for all distances that cater for people from 20 min walk to the more adventurous 2 hour trek. Bike rides from near the top of the mountain down to the bottom are available and offer quite breathtaking views and it is quite a pleasant trip.
Casares Village is a 10 minute drive away and its a white village built on the side of a cliff with drops of 200-300 feet which has an old church at the top. Its about 400 years old and has a labyrinth of narrow streets and traditional Spanish restaurants and bars. Its well worth a trip and the views are fantastic. There are many historic sites around the area dating back hundreds of years, so something for everyone.
The Costa Del Sol enjoys 320 days of sun each year due to its micro climate and this makes it perfect for all year round holidays. The climate is perfect in the winter months for the golf and lovely and hot in the summer for people who prefer the beach scene. There's also a mix of both in the early and late summer to have the best of both worlds, i.e. golf in the morning and chill out in the afternoons by the pool/beach.
The "Puerto de la Duquesa" is a beautiful quaint marina with over 300 berths and a variety of restaurants including French, Italian, English, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Irish and Spanish. Each side of the Marina are the superb blue flag beaches that cater for water sports in the summer. You will also find some shops and bars that offer all types of entertainment to cater for all tastes. Some bars have singers and there are some night clubs should you fancy a dance and there are a couple of bars that have karaoke a couple of times per week. There is also a selection of nice "chill out bars" with fantastic views over the marina.
Just behind our complex is the Finca Cortisan Club which is the home of the Volvo World Matchplay and is a fantastic course with great facilities. Just a few minutes away towards going towards Marbella is the fantastic beach resort of Laguna Beach. The facilities are fantastic for chilling out during the day and at night a great ambience and sofisticated feel for dining and dancing with various bars offering different vibes for the night.
Estepona is slightly bigger than Duquesa and offers even more restaurants and has nearby safari and water parks. Again each side of the Marina are fantastic beaches with the usual variety of activities. You will find weekly street markets at Estepona and Dequesa with a variety of goods on offer. There is also a weekly street market at Sabinillas which is very popular and is open every Sunday from 8am - 3pm and sells just about everything!
There are many festivals in Spain and as always are great fun and well worth getting involved. Many around the Duquesa Marina offer free food and drinks, yes free drinks, so keep an eye out for them. We have tried nearly all the restaurants in Duquesa and we have not had a bad meal yet, they are fantastic and some of our favourites being La Pergola and La Traviata both serving international cuisine, Papiros and IL Capitano two superb Italian restaurants and the world famous Browns for your traditional Sunday roast and carvery. There are two great Chinese restaurants Slow Boat & Peking Palace so all tastes covered. Most people say don't eat Indian meals in Spain but "Passage to India" is the exception. I have never tasted a better Indian anywhere, and ive had a few. There is something for everyone in Duquesa and there is even a couple of fast food places that cater for burgers and kebabs and pizzas.

"Luxurious,stunning & spacious apartment,perfectly situated for all needs"
We have just returned from a weeks stay in Casares Golf Gardens and have enjoyed every single minute.The communication from start to finish has been excellent,and all information received for reference during the stay well detailed and extremely helpful.
On arrival we were greeted and shown around the apartment.Access is easy via secured road level entrance or from the underground car park which leads to a lift.
The apartment is stunning and very spacious,it has everything you could possibly need and has obviously been very well maintained.The decor is excellent inside and out,the terrace is amazing! there is so much room outside and the furniture is very comfortable and suited for lounging,bathing and eating,Also big enough to loose the kids in the corner on their laptops/ipods!There is a rolling canopy too that can be drawn over to shade the central part of the large terrace area.The sea/mountains views are beautiful,it is a great environment day or night.There are two bathrooms which was excellent for my family,my kids had their own by their bedroom and we had the en suite.So easy.All home comforts were available,wifi was great for the kids,Tv etc.
The grounds are very secure,extremely clean and also very well maintained,the large pool overlooked by the terrace is gorgeous and easily accessed by steps at one end,there is a good size childs pool too which is 35cm at the deep end.Pathways around the complex are easy to use too there are no steep hills.
The local beach is lovely and approximately a minute if that by car and within 5 minutes to Puerto de la Duqesa which has many great restaurants and all well priced.We highly recommend the"Slow boat to China".The beaches there are beautiful too , child friendly,easy access with plenty of free parking.The sunbeds were 4 euros for the day hired from the beach bars.
We found the Mercodona supermarket the best for all our needs,just remember it doesn't open sundays!But Lidl does so no panic.We were given excellent maps to locate all these services prior to arrival.
To sum up it was a great holiday in a great location with first class accommodation,I would highly recommend this apartment and will be making plans to return.I
