Our luxury apartment is beautifully presented and includes two large double bedrooms of which the master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate hydro shower, bidet and twin wash basins. The fully fitted Siemens kitchen incorporates an oven, hob & extractor, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The utility room houses the washing machine and laundry area.
All rooms including the kitchen, both bedrooms and both bathrooms are equipped with an individually operated surround sound system linked to the main living room area, so you can enjoy your music wherever you are in the apartment.
The lounge and both bedrooms lead on to the large south west facing terrace all benefiting from panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean and overlooking the golf course and one of the many swimming pools. Our apartment is decorated to a very high standard with quality furnishings throughout and also benefits from TV & DVD and has secure underground parking accessible by lift to ensure that your car stays cool during it's stay!

There are two pools one of which our apartment terrace overlooks. The pools are surrounded by grass and have shower facilities adjacent.
The clubhouse offers a bar and restaurant with terrace overlooking the superb 9 Hole Golf Course.
This 2464 yard Par 34 nine hole golf course was designed by Juan Carlos Martinez and although it is not a very long course, it's design allows you to use all the clubs that the bag contains. The course has four artificial lakes that aesthetically improve the course design as well as making the game more entertaining.
The Club House overlooks the first fairway and consists of a large terrace, bar, restaurant, golf shop and clubs room. The course also benefits from the optional hire of golf buggies taking the weight off of your shoulders!
The Costa del Sol region
Situated at the quieter less developed end of the exclusive Costa Del Sol, and set in the picturesque wine growing area of Manilva, our newly completed luxuriously spacious apartment enjoys panoramic views over the golf course and the Mediterranean. Our apartment is located just a few minutes drive from the picturesque marina of La Duquesa and the beautiful white Andalucian mountain village of Casares.
The Casares area
Puerto De La Duquesa is the southern coast's best kept secret retaining its distinct Andalucian charm, offering a peaceful, relaxing holiday found nowhere else on the Costa Del Sol. Built around the beautiful focal point of its own 360 berth marina, La Duquesa hosts a superb range of facilities including bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. And thanks to the fact that the heart of the marina is closed to traffic, this peaceful haven is a joy for holiday makers of all ages.
Casares Village is just a 10 minute drive inland and is a unique Spanish village nestled in the hillside with white painted houses interlaced with tiny streets. Besides walking along the narrow cobbled streets with their Moorish design, one should not miss the opportunity to visit the Arabic castle at the top of the hill where the views are particularly spectacular.
Our apartment is just a few minutes drive away from the blue flag beach with a first class chiringuito (beach bar) which is open all year round.

Malaga airport is approx 50 minutes away and Gibralter is around 25 minutes away. easyJet fly to both airports throughout each and every day of the year, and are often the cheapest.
There are numerous car hire facilities at Malaga airport including EuropCar who always offer a good service.

My husband and I along with my sister and her husnand stayed for 10 nights at this apartment. We dont play golf we just chill and this has to be the place to chill it was so peaceful with grand views... more

Need a car to see the best of this area the beach is in walking distance but would be a bit too far for young children. If you don't drive you can order a taxi from the golf centre.
