This luxury apartment is situated on one of the Costa del Sols most respected golf Regions boasting more than 35 golf courses within half an hour’s drive, including many of the top clubs such as Valderamma & the world match play venue, Finca Cortesin.

Jardines de Casares is just 300 metres from Bahia de Casares (Casares Bay & Beach) a beautiful, sandy and unspoilt stretch of coast with an average of over 300 days a year of sunshine per year. Away from the hustle and bustle you would normally expect in the Costa del Sol, you have the perfect opportunity to relax and soak up the sun. Situated on a private complex Jardines de Casares has only 36 apartments in 9 blocks and 55 town houses so it does not feel at all like the usual high rise blocks that are the norm, these stunning properties are only 3 storeys high.

Apartment 17 has 2 beautifully spacious bedrooms, one double ensuite and one twin room with access to house bathroom, and a modern living area with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom finished to a very high standard. The propertry is available on boith long and short rental and comes with a cleaning servcie if required. Fresh towels and bedding are all provided and we can arrange to stock your fridge on arrival with the essentials by special request.

A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
Strictly no smoking except in the garden.
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.

The Costa del Sol region

Casares Costa is situated 5 minutes from Estepona Port and has a wealth of sites to see and visit such as Castles, Spanish white towns and even easy access to Gibraltar, tax free shopping !!. The sun always shines in the coast ( 300 days per year !! ) and there are numerous outdoor activities to do, golf, horse riding, fishing, whale watching plus lots more. Located on the New Golden Mile, you are 25 mins away from the international resort of Marbella but far enough away to still acheive the pieceful enjoyment of the Costa Del Sol. There are lots of beach restuarants to enjoy as well as traditional Spanish and international cuisine.

Sabinillas, less than 5 minutes by car, is the local village. In addition to banks, post-office and chemists, it has an attractive beach-side promenade, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, small shops and three large supermarkets. Adjacent to Sabinillas is the lively port - Puerto de la Duquesa. It offers international cuisine in its many restaurants overlooking the marina, and has plenty of night-time entertainment.

The Casares Costa / Bahia de Casares area

With regular markets held up and down the coast, it is a shopping paradise, along with the jet set town of Marbella only 25 minutes away. Sotogrande Port is only 15 minutes and is becoming a popular toursit resort in its own right. Sotogrande is a 5000 acre private sporting estate and home to the world famous Valderrama Golf club, host to the 1997 Ryder Cup.
