This luxury 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is located in the exclusive front-line beach development of La Perla de la Bahia. This private gated community enjoys a privileged beach front location and its own private Chiringuito Beach Bar, where you can relax in further luxury.

This ground floor apartment is in a enviable location within the development as it enjoys beautiful peaceful gardens all around and it is also south facing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long while relaxing on the private terrace and garden. The property is very spacious and the quality of the interior is excellent. The furnishings and facilities make this property a "home from home" and a fantastic place to spend your holiday. The resort has various pool areas, incredible tropical gardens and 24 hour security.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with en suite and the other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms. All have hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathrooms - There are full family bathrooms and shower rooms. All are finished to a superb standard and are spacious.

Lounge - The lounge is spacious and well furnished. There is ample comfortable seating for all guests. The room is an open plan room and leads to the dining area which has a dining table and seating for 6 people. Alarm system protected property.

Kitchen - The kitchen is a galley style kitchen that opens to the dining area. Facilities include a Dish washer, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Kettle, Toaster and Iron.

Outdoors - There is a spacious covered terrace with dining table and relaxing outdoor settees for enjoying evening drinks.

Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car. There is also ample communal parking outside the development.

Resort facilities - La Perla is an exclusive gated development with stunning gardens, numerous courtyards and various pools one of which is heated. There are ample sun terraces and expansive lawns.

Beach - Casares beach is accessed directly from the La Perla development. There is a promenade which leads to the beach and to the La Perla beach bar and restaurant.

Further details

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Conditions

All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Cot and High Chair hire are available upon request for a nominal additional charge. An English speaking holiday representative is availble for general information and emergencies.

Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. 25% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking. 75% is payable 6 weeks before arrival via a secure online payment system. 50% of the price of the holiday is applicable for any cancellations.

The Costa del Sol region

Puerto de la Duquesa holds the key to the classic balances that form a quality of life that some only ever dream of. The amalgamation of unspoiled breathtaking scenery, traditional Spanish architecture and modern developments have formed with a mild international influence to become one of the great marinas in the Costa del Sol.

The marina is at the heart of community life in this area. Its network of plazas and side streets host numerous international restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and is the epicentre of miles of palm tree lined promenades where morning and evening strolls are enjoyed by families and those romantic at heart. Perhaps the most attractive aspect of Puerto de la Duquesa is simply its location.

Puerto de la Duquesa is undoubtedly a great destination. By day the marina side cafes and bars are filled with tourists and locals enjoying the sunshine, the best in local cuisine and a cool drink or coffee. Love them or hate them Puerto de la Duquesa also has its fair share of Irish bars and English pubs as expected Football and Rugby dominate and you are sure to receive a warm greeting and excellent food and drink. Don’t forget to take time to browse the shops, enjoy the local restaurants and stroll around the marina and sea wall to admire the yachts and stunning coastal views.

At night is when you can enjoy a different atmosphere in Puerto de la Duquesa, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out. The marina has over 20 different dining options ranging from tapas bars to English carvery and from Mexican to Indian. Entertainment options are also in abundance. The marina is home to numerous bars which host live entertainment, Karaoke and guest DJ’s so there is no shortage of places to party the night away. To enjoy a quiet drink or a romantic evening the marina is also the place to be. When the sun sets, the marina lights up and enjoys a new romantic charm. Several bars and restaurants have marina views and Puerta Duquesa has wine bars and lounges that cater for all ages and tastes and are sure to provide that perfect romantic setting.

The Casares Costa area

Puerto Duquesa Marina is a picturesque and family friendly marina with an excellent range of bars and restaurants to suit everyones taste and budget. At a 2 minute car drive away, we recommend car hire.

Sabinillas is a lively beachside town with an expansive promenade lines with bars and restaurants. Sabinillas isnt a main tourist destination and as such retains that traditional Spanish charm. This is at a 30 minute walk on the beach away, but easier reached by car.

Manilva Village is a 14th Century white village with stunning views and a traditional Andalucian charm, key attractions are the Roman Baths, Church and Vineyards.

The main festival is San Juan which is held on the 23rd / 24th June. This really is not to be missed! Highlights include Bonfire, Fireworks and Live Music to the early hours !
