With year round sun on the Costa del Sol, this apartment It is ideal for winter breaks as well as hot summer hols, and has a spacious terrace at the rear with stunning views of the Andalucian mountains.
It is one of the few apartments on this particular development that is South facing, so an ideal position.
There is a selection of swimming pools on the development, perfectly safe for young children. It also benefits from a private underground parking space.
The Casares del Sol development certainly has a relaxed and welcoming feel to it a. The apartment has contemporary furnishings, yet feels cosy and welcoming, with quality lounge and dining furniture, flat screen tv and DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.
The apartment is one of the highest spec apartments on the development.
One double bedroom is en-suite and the twin bedroom has a shower room and WC ajoining.
The fantastic Duquesa Marina is only a short distance away and the popular Estepona only 10 minutes away. Shops and supermarkets are in abundance at the nearby Spanish town of Sabinillas, only 800 metres away. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Manilva Region has most definitely has the 'Spanish' feel to it. The location of Casares del Sol gives you many varied options of places to visit.
The apartment is minutes from the famous Casares Village, for those of you who don't know the area, this is the white washed town thats always shown in the Spanish Tourist Board and Holiday Operator adverts!
With an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby at Duquesa and Estepona, it certainly is a place to relax and unwind as well as enjoy yourself to the full.
The area benefits from all year round sunshine, even January temperatures can reach 20 degrees!
There are many places of interest to visit locally, including Selwo Safari Park and Algeciras Water Park, both fantastic for kids, the famous Rock of Gibraltar which is popular for duty free goods, and also the El Corte Ingles Supermarket in Puerto Banus, selling everything from fresh fish to designer clothes.

Casares Costa area
The area is a golfers dream, with world class golf courses in abundance, and in walking distance!!
The apartment is within easy access of 6 fantastic local courses as well as being only 100m, 6 minutes walk, from the 5 Star Finca Cortesin Course.
The popular Casares Golf Club is only 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
I recommend a trip to Benahavis to dine in as the sun goes down, especially Eugenio's restaurant in the square. It is an uplifting experience!
Benahavis is a traditional Spanish Town with a wonderful feel to it, packed with cosy tapas bars and restaurants.
In Duquesa there are many fantastic places to eat, including traditional Spanish, Chinese, Indian and Teppanyaki. Before eating in the evening I would recommend an aperitif at 'Bar Duquesa', it has a cool, telaxed feel to it.
Supermarkets, shops, banks, blue flag beaches, are all available at the nearby Sabinillas, within walking distance of the development.
How to get there
You can fly to Malaga from the majority of UK airports, I always use either Monarch, EasyJet or Jet2, a good web-site to use to look for flights is www.skyscanner.net, gives you the prices quickly from various airports, its really easy to use.
Simple directions will be forwarded to anyone who books.
I recommend Sixt Rent a Car. Their web-site is www.sixt.com, the service is second to none. One of their reps meet you at arrivals, a mini bus takes you straight to their office, only a two minute drive away, and within minutes you are on the road. Very easy to find on the way back also! Its a bright orange building so you cant miss it. Auto Europe also offer excellent service, and are reasonably priced.
Local Taxi numbers are available on request.

You will be met at the apartment by our keyholder, who is also on hand if you have any questions durin your stay.

Conditions
Guests will be met on arrival by the keyholder, who is based on the development, keys are to be returned to him as you leave.
A refundable breakages bond of £200 is required, to be paid along with the balance, 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded within two weeks of the keys being returned to us(subject to satisfactory property inspection).

To secure a booking a deposit of 25% of the booking total is required, with the balance and security bond of £200 (fully refundable pending inspection) due 6 weeks prior to departure.

The preferred payment method is by bank transfer or cheque in GBP or EUROS, Paypal is also available for credit card payments however a 3.4% fee is charged.
Please note we don't charge extra for weekend days, and changeover day is flexible.
For bookings of less than 5 nights, a cleaners fee of £50 will be required, to be paid prior to departure.
We ask for a £200 security bond to cover any accidental damage, returned to you on your return pending a quick inspection.
