The one double and one twin bedrooms are well furnished, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Deposit of 25% of rental charge due on booking (by credit card) along with Booking Form to secure reservation.
Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required at the same time; to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.

The Costa del Sol region
Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!
The Casares Costa area
Casares is a picture postcard village, the view from the approach is definitely worth a photo.
To say that Casares is beautiful is an understatement. Most of the white villages are beautiful but there is something very special about the sight of Casares that causes the visitor to park the car and simply stare or take a photo.
There are the sugar cubes, piled precariously high and just nudging the battlements of an Arab castle. It is hard to believe that this enchanting, typical village is only nine miles from the hustle and bustle of the coast and somehow succeeded in avoiding the coach tour circuit.
The main fair (Feria) of Casares takes place during the first weekend in August. The day of the patron saint, the Virgen del Rosario, is celebrated in the first week in September, and in the middle of this month too is the Feria del Cristo. The most important of the Romerias takes place the last saturday in May.
There are many unspoiled beaches and coves in the area to be discovered or if you are looking for something more sophisticated, the fantastic top class Golf courses and Polo fields of Sotogrande are a short drive away.
There are lovely views to Gibraltar from this area and if you have never visited "the rock" it is less than half an hours drive.You can see the Barbary Apes and a great view from the cable car , to the high sierras of Spain and across the straits of Gibraltar to the mountains of Africa.

Travel to Casares via Gibraltar or Malaga from Gibraltar it is approximatly 35 minutes and from Malaga it is only 1 hour
In-expensive flights available via Easyjet- Jet2.com - Monarch - BMI- and many many more. Ryanair now fly from Edinburgh. Flights to Malaga & Gibraltar are no more than 2.5 - 3 hours from most of Europe.
