BEACHES - Miles of unspoilt beaches along this stretch of the Costa del Sol, many blue flag.

LOCAL TOWNS - nearest town is SABINILLAS just 5 mins drive with shops, bars, restaurants and tapas bars. MANILVA with its Roman Baths. PUERTO DUQUESA with marina, bars, restaurants and watersports. ESTEPONA a traditional fishing town with nightclub and bars!

STREET MARKETS are plentiful - in Sabinillas on Fri and Sun, Estepona Wed and Sun.

WATERSPORTS - Duquesa has boat hire, dolphin safaris, fishing trips, water-skiing, banana/ donut, scuba diving.

MOUNTAIN PURSUITS - 10 minute drive into hills for WALKING, HIKING, BIKE RIDES on the many tracks and paths. The mountains behind the Casares apartment are given National Park Status.

GOLF - Within 500m is the Casares Golf Club and Finca Cortesan Golf Club, the latter is the venue for 2009 Volvo Matchplay. And within 20 minute drive are many courses including San Roque, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valderrama and Alcaidesa.

How to get there

Fly to either:
- Malaga, 50 minute drive to the apartment by car - Easyjet, Monarch and British airways
- Gibraltar, 30 minute drive to the apartment but fewer flights into Gibraltar - Easyjet and British airways

We recomend that you hire a car to get the most out of your holiday. We regularly use a company which gives a fast, good value service out of Malaga Airport. We can arrange car hire if required.

BEDROOM 1 with double bed and plenty of storage and EN-SUITE with bath/ shower.
BEDROOM 2 with twin beds and plenty of storage.
BATHROOM 2 has WC, shower and wash hand basin.

KITCHEN with granite worktops and all mod cons..

LOUNGE/ DINING is open plan, beautifully furnished, TV/DVD, games, books. Doors directly onto the terrace.

TERRACE is south facing overlooking gardens and swimming pools. Ideal for relaxing or eating al fresco.

All linen and bedding is provided with the exception of beach/ pool towels.
Private parking in underground car park for a cool car in the hot weather, with stairs or lift to the ground floor.

Apartment is in one of the best locations on this development with views of the gardens, pool and sea beyond.
Set in large, well kept gardens - there is plenty of room to play bat and ball or for children to play. Plus a petangue piste (boule area).
Large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and sunbeds - lifeguard on duty during peak season. The pools have secure fencing and also cater for young children and have a separate child's pool adjacent to the big pool.
Underground car parking with lift facility and stairs direct to the front door, keeps your car cool and secure.
