The large bustling town of marbella & puerto banus are just 20 minutes away with the beautiful port of Duquesa being just 2 mins by car with lovely restaurants & bars. Estepona is a larger town & is 5 mins away. you have got Selwo-wildlife park 10 mins away which is brilliant for families, you can take pushchairs etc & you go up the mountains in jeeps & see amazing wildlife- not to be missed. also Tivoli- a children theme park is a short drive away. Golf is fantastic here with3 courses being within walking distance. There is Dona Julia golf-it has 2 x 18 hole courses & 1 x 9 hole . there is a Jack Nicklaus academy literally accorss the road & another 2 being planned at present.& the Valderrama is only 15 mins away!

Further details indoors: Beautifully furnished with a rustic feel, all brand new. even beach towels are included! there are 2 bedrooms , 1 with double bed & 1 with twin beds, there is also a double pull-out bed in the lounge & travel cot available if required! there is also a fully tiled bathroom & shower room,along with a fully equipped kitchen. T.V & satellite with dvdplayer in the lounge.
Further details outdoors: Fantastic roof top penthouse-fully equipped with bbq & furniture-the views are really amazing. there are 6 communal pools & sepatate kids pool which is fully gated off & sun furniture & showers around the pool. beautiful lush gardens & private underground parking space with lift up to ground floor!
Conditions
£100 deposit is required at time of booking with balance of the payment is due 8 weeks before departure. cancellation refunds: up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge but deposit will be kept. 4-8 weeks before departure 50% of rate refund. 0-4 weeks before departure no refund given.
