This luxury ground floor apartment is ideal of lovers of golf, families, couples alike. Bought from new within the Hercesa Dona Julia Development there are front line views to both the golf course , pool and sea. There are two bedrooms, one double with the en suite bathroom and one twin.
The two bathrooms are the en suite with bath and over head shower and one separate shower room. The Kitchen and utility room are fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, full size oven and washing machine/ dryer. The lounge/dining area has a luxury leather four seater sofa, Sky TV , DVD player and an Ipod docking station for music lovers.
The terrace is large 42m2 and holds a six seater table and chairs plus a luxury two seater and two armchairs with table , allowing for Al fresco dining. There are glass curtains for using the living space in winter months. The apartment is fully air conditioned through out. The development has landscaped gardens with a shared pool and smaller children's pool for use, along with sun loungers and umbrellas for use.

There is a WII Consule for use, but you will need to bring games and controllers. There is also a range of books and magazines which are available, plus information on the local area. Travel cot is available on request.
The linen are provided for bedding and towels for apartment use, beach towels are not provided.

Parking is underground with one allocated space, secure used by buzzer entry only . There is road parking available for further cars.
During the winter months there is a spa complex five minutes drive away with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath, payable locally.
Apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment. and no pets allowed within the property.
A £100 deposit per week is required on booking, balance to be paid six weeks before traveling. It is required another £100 security deposit with final balance, fully refundable once property inspected at the end.
Minimum of three nights booked .

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol is the most complete costal destination of Europe. The region has been a tourist destination since the 1950,s . There are 161 kilometers of coastline for the Malaga province which has more than 100 fine beaches . Average annual temperature of between 18 and 21 degrees C and over 300 days of sunshine per year make it the best climate in Europe and an all round holiday destination. The coast is also known as "Costa Del Golf" due to abundance of golf courses, some of which are world famous including Valderrama the venue of the Ryder Cup in 1997, within the area.
The area boasts some of the finest restaurants throughout Spain, may can be found within shouting distance of the beaches. There is the beautiful Andalucian countryside, Sierra Nevada Mountains and Moorish towns to explore , what many will call, the real Spain. Children have number of activites in the area to enjoy including Safari Park, Zoos, Amusement and water parks.
As well at the major city of Malaga you can also explore Seville, Granada, Jerez, Cadiz and of course Gibraltar with its famous monkeys.
The Casares Costa / Dona Julia Golf Resort area
The area boasts many golf courses, the nearest been the on site Dona Julia course. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Garcia Garrido. You will find the the new clubhouse next door for food and refreshments.
DUQUESA : Five minutes drive will take you to the Puerto De La Duquesa. Set in a beautiful location nestled between two clean blue flag beaches. There are wide variety of restaurants (including Italian, Indian, Spanish, Chinese, English and Thai), pubs, wine bars and night clubs. The port also has amenities including Supermarket, banks, chemist and English butchers, all with free parking.
SABINILLAS : Minutes away from the apartment. Here you can enjoy the wide safe and clean sandy Blue Flag beach, a distinction awarded annually by the European Union. Again there is a wide array of shops and amenities with bars, cafes, restaurants and shops (including supermarkets, banks, chemists, etc). Next to the beach are a number of play equipment areas for children to enjoy.
ESTEPONA : Ten minutes drive from the apartment, once a fishing village Estepona has developed in to a large resort. It still retains an authentic atmosphere and has a diverse mix of old and new with a fantastic marina and traditional old town with cobbled streets. It also boasts a number of blue flag beaches, with the nearby Selwo Safari Park and attraction not to be missed.
MARBELLA : Twenty minutes away lies Marbella with its cosmopolitan life with every day hustle and bustle.Plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and shopping (including La Canada shopping Mall and Spain's premier department store El Cote Ingles).
PUERTO BANUS : Known as the playground for the rich and famous and lying twenty minutes drive from the apartment. Dine in exclusive quayside restaurants and bars overlooking the Marina , with its multi-million pounds yachts and glitzy sports cars, With its host of designer shops , including Versace, Armani and Gucci, El Cote Ingles department store and the Saturday weekly market with may designer goods.
GIBRALTAR : Around Thirty minutes drive away, good for duty free shopping (check your allowances) and exploring the famous rocks with the monkeys and British war history.
FURTHER AFIELD : You can explore the white washed historic of Casares with panoramic views of the coastline, or the historic Ronda with its beautiful location. Also you may wish to travel across to North Africa for the day by catching the ferry from Algercias or Tarifa , only 30 minutes drive to reach.There are many festivals in Spain through out the year which are always great fun and worth getting involved with . To mention some there is the Estepona Festival in July, Sabinillas and Manivilla in August and Casares in July.

AIRPORT : Malaga is around 50 minutes drive (90 km) and is served by numerous airlines, such as British Airways, Easyjet, Ryan Air, BMI Baby, Jet2, Monarch, Thomson Flights and Aer Lingus.
Gibraltar is around 30 minutes drive (35 km) and you can fly to with British Airways and Easyjet.
Jerez is another alternative , 1 hour and 15 minutes drive (130km) and is served by RyanAir.
Many Car Hire companies like Hertz, Avis, Record, Europcar, Crown , National -Atesa, Benelux Cars have offices at the airports and can be booked via the internet.
Easy location to find, located just past the ESSO garage on the A7 coast road heading from Estepona.
RAILWAY : Algeciras (30 km) and Malaga (90 km).
FERRY : Algerciras (30 km) and Tarifa (40 km).

Spent a week in the apartment and had a great time. The apartment is modern and clean and the pools are lovely. The view from the terrace was fantastic.

Very well appointed apartment in a good location. Easy walk down to the informal bar resaurant on the golf course, and to a more traditional restaurant too. Quick drive to several lovely seaside towns including Estapona, and to traditional villages in the hills. Lovely pool and all amenities close.
