Our apartment is a comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated family 3 bedroom duplex. There is ample private parking within the complex. Guests at the complex can enjoy 2 large pools and 2 children’s pools plus there is a small children’s play area and pleasant, well maintained gardens. The apartment benefits from 3 balconies, 2 sea facing and 1 pool facing plus two of the terraces have sun awnings. The apartment also benefits from having WiFi available.
The development is located just off the main Costa del Sol coast road, and is approximately 5 minutes’ drive from Duquesa Port and 10 minutes from the Marina at Estepona. It is within easy reach of Aqua Parks and all the attractions of the Costa del Sol. Sotogrande is about 15 minutes’ drive, Puerto Banus 20 minutes, Marbella 25 minutes, Gibraltar 20 minutes and Malaga Airport is a 60 minute drive. Flights are available to Malaga, Gibraltar or Jerez airport (about 90 mins).

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol area has over. 300 days of sunshine and the average temperatures around 20c. makes it an ideal place to visit for those seeking warm weather. There are many blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants. The area is famous for golf, and the property is surrounded by many top class courses including Finca Cortesin venue for the Volvo World Match Play Championship and Valderrama the venue of the Ryder Cup in 1997 and voted one of the best courses in the world.
The ancient town of Ronda high in the mountains has breathtaking views and a busy town centre.
Gibraltar is 25 minutes drive away and North Africa is also within reach. The local town of Sabinillas is less than 5 minutes drive or a short walk on the beach. The town has an attractive beach-side promenade and a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and large supermarkets.
Next to Sabinillas is the lively port of Puerto de la Duquesa, offering international cuisines in a variety of excellent restaurants overlooking the marina with plenty of night-time entertainment.
Estepona, Puerto Banus, Sotogrande and Marbella are all conveniently located within about a 20 minute drive from the apartment.
For those who are interested in horse riding, there is a riding school at San Pedro. Selwo safari and adventure parks are also close by for all the family. Sea fishing on local beaches or via boat hire, and birdwatching are all available nearby.
The "Puerto de la Duquesa" is a beautiful Spanish marina with over 300 berths and a variety of restaurants including French, Italian, English, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Irish and Spanish. On each side of the Marina are the superb blue flag beaches that cater for water sports in the summer. You will also find some shops and bars that offer a variety of entertainment. Some bars have some some really nice singers and there are some night clubs should you fancy a dance and there are a couple of bars that have karaoke a couple of times per week. There's also a selection of pleasant "chill out bars" with fantastic views over the marina.
Estepona is considerably bigger than Duquesa and offers even more restaurants and has nearby safari and water parks. Again each side of the Marina are fantastic beaches with the usual variety of activities. You will find weekly street markets at Estepona, Puerto Duquesa, Puerto Banus and Sotogrande each with a variety of goods on offer. There is also a weekly street market in Sabinillas which is very popular and is open every Sunday from around 8am - 3pm and sells just about everything!
