These recently completed Andulucian style apartments benefit from having 70% of the grounds laid to landscape gardens, with several swimming pools included. The large patio is ideal for al fresco dining and will seat up to 8 .Only a short distance away are beautiful beaches, with their Spanish beach bars serving great food. Within easy reach are the towns of Estepona, Duquesa Marina, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Ideally located tranquill area, within easy reach of miles of golden beaches, golf courses galore and only a short drive to the vibrant shops and night life of Puerto Banus and Marbella. Estepona and Duquesa Marina are also near, and offer everything from shopping, lovely beaches, and plenty of choice for dining out.
Casares Costa area
A car is recommended to enjoy the sights the Costa del Sol has to offer. such as the picturesque hilltop white washed village of Casares. with its impressive Moorish Castle and stunning views, is less than 20 minutes away, and should not be missed. If you have children to entertain, they will love Selwo Aventura Park, in Estepona featuring Elephants, Giraffes, White Rhino, Bengal Tigers and many more animals. There are many more atttractions locally for all the family.
If you are a golfer there are three golf courses within easy walking distance, and a further 20 within a 20 minute drive. including the famous courses of Valderrama, San Roque and Sotogrande, which we can pre-book for you.

Fly to Malaga airport approx 40 minutes away, with most airlines and budget companies
fly to Gibraltar approx 20 minutes away, normally BA or Monarch

Further details indoors: This luxury ground floor apartment offers everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. It has air conditiong/ heating and furnished to a high standard. There is underground parking and a lift or stairs to take you to the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, all of which can be doubles or twins, on request. In the lounge there is a luxury leather sofa bed, that can accommodate an extra 2 people. A welcome pack will be provided FREE of charge on arrival, which includes water, milk , bread, wine etc. Bath towels are provided, but please provide you own towels for pool and beach.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is ideally situated for a relaxing break, but has the benefit of being within easy reach of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants to give you the flexability of choice.

An English speaking representative will meet you at the apartment on arrival, with the welcome pack and keys. The aprtment will be cleaned on arrival and departure, but extra cleaning can be arranged on request.
Conditions
25% deposit required within 7 days of booking, remainder to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Refundable breakage deposit of £100 to be paid on arrival to be refunded within 2 week of departure ( subject to satisfactory property inspection).
