Jardines de Casares is just 300 meters from Casares Bay, a beautiful sandy, unspoilt stretch of coast with two of the finest Spanish restaurants in the whole region overlooking the bay. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 Master bedroom with En-Suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms both with twin beds and house bathroom on first floor. Ground floor Living Room, open plan dining area with window and French doors looking on to a private patio and enclosed private garden (child friendly). Ground floor W/C and fully equiped kitchen.
With sunshine most of the day and late in to the evening, the private patio and garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer (or two), whilst watching the sun set over the mountains.
The local beach, beach bars and restaurants are excellent, however Estepona and the beautiful marina of La Duquesa are only minutes away, where there are many more restaurants, bars and activities. The house is perfect for using as a base for exploring the area and great for golf with more than 60 golf courses stretching along the Costa de Sol.
Estepona also has the wonderful must visit African Animal SELWO National Park, with water parks also accessible within a short drive. Street markets at Marbella, Estepona, SanPedro, Sabinillas and Purto Banus as well Sotogrande and San Rogue.
Cosmopolitan Life can be found 20/30 mins away in the 'JET-SET' Marbella and Puerto Banus with its hustle and bustle shopping experience of every kind and one of Spain's biggest shopping centres, La Canada.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin plus a travel cot (own bedding required for the travel cot). Spread over 3 floors with an en suite, house bathroom and ground floor WC . Benefits from air conditioning. It is in a private gated development that has 18,000m2 gardens and two communal swimming pools. It is peaceful and really is a great place to relax.

The house has a private enclosed garden and large patio with BBQ facilities, sun loungers, cantilever parasol, table and chairs and is child friendly. Secure parking for two cars via electric security gates to the mews.
Rental prices in £.
Once you are ready to book ,we would ask you to provide your contact details ,together with the names/ages of those in your party. A deposit of 20% of total price will be requested to secure the booking, with the remainder due 6 weeks before your arrival. If you are booking within six weeks of departure, the full payment is required immediately.
We also request a security deposit of £200 with the final payment which is returned (within two weeks) upon confirmation by our management company all is OK though usually within a couple of days.
English Speaking representatives will greet you with keys between the hours of 09:00 to 19:00 . If you arrive outside those times, please advise so arrangements can be made.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol area has over. 300 days of sunshine and the average temperatures around 20c. makes it an ideal place to visit for those seeking warm weather. There are many blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants. The area is famous for golf, and the property is surrounded by no less than 60 Golf courses.
The ancient town of Ronda high in the mountains has breathtaking views and a busy town centre.
Gibraltar is 25 minutes drive away and North Africa is also within reach. The local town of Sabinillas is less than 5 minutes drive or a short walk on the beach. The town has an attractive beach-side promenade and a variety of cafes, bars, restaurant and ice-cream gala, shops and 3 large supermarkets.
Next to Sabinillas is the lively port of Puerto de la Duquesa, offering international cuisines in a variety of excellent restaurants overlooking the marina, and plenty of night-time entertainment.
A trip to Morocco on the Hydrofoil is recommended for exploring North Africa .
For those who are interested in horse riding, there is a riding school at San Pedro. Selwo safari and adventure parks are also close by for all the family. Sea fishing on local beaches or via boat hire, and birdwatching are all available nearby.
The beach at Casares is within walking distance (about 300 metres). There are a small number of bars and restaurants on and around the beach plus the 5* Finca Cortesin beach club. The newly opened Rossario gardens close bye offers further entertainment for all the family with evening performances by local artists and shows in the open air theatre. Children can play in the park, enjoy an ice cream, drink or snack whilst adults can enjoy a cold beer in the fully stocked bar.
The local towns of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Estepona are only a short drive away and all have several bars and restaurants as well as shops.
The white village of old Casares is well worth a visit and is renowned for its pretty white houses - one of Spain's best kept secrets. There are many world class golf courses including Finca Cortesin only 1km away - home of the Volvo PGA master in 2010. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar are only a short distance along the coast - a must visit.

"Great family house with secure private garden with pool, close to the beach."
We wanted to book a house with a garden so we could BBQ and relax after enjoying time at the pool or beach. We were not disappointed ! The house was big enough for the 4 adults and 2 children, very clean with lovely views over the park and golf in the distance. The garden was a real sun trap and we enjoyed a number of BBQ's as we didn't want to eat out every night. The tips from the owners re restaurants and local attractions was very useful and saved us a lot of time. The key holder over in Spain was very friendly and offered additional advice on the area and things to do. We made use of the taxi rank at the bottom of the road so we could enjoy a drink with dinner and not worry about driving. We also frequented the newly opened bar on our way back from the short walk from the beach. One night, they even held a jazz concert in the park which was lovely. We also discovered the new Finca Cortesin 5 star beach club - amazing though expensive (but worth it as a treat).

"splendid property and location"
my wife and i have stayed here many times over the last 6 years and can absolutely recommend it for comfort, cleanliness and location. the garden has stunning views over the nearby hills and park, and is ideal for bbq's etc. Indoors, all rooms are well appointed with everything needed for a great time. A new addition in 2011 was a lovely bar in the adjacent park (100 yds walk) serving a good selection of snacks and more substatial meals, and a full range of drinks. In terms of location, it is ideally situated to tour Andalucia, and for the more adventurous, visit the great cities Seville and Granada.
There is a great beach just a short walk away, with one of the best beach restraunts on the Costa.
All in all can't fault it!.
