This superb luxury apartment has been extremely tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with a great deal of thought being put into the comfort of the guests including internet access with WiFi facility. The lounge is very well decorated with two leather sofas, wall units, coffee tables and a dining table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV with Sky satellite together with a DVD and CD player.
Opposite to the lounge, there is the fully fitted luxury kitchen, breakfast area and utility area, all of which are fully equipped with modern appliances and cater for your needs. There are three spacious bedrooms, one a having king size bed and full en suite bathroom, the second having a double bed and en suite shower room and the third bedroom having a small flat screen TV, a super king bed that can be split to make twin beds and a full en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
All bedrooms are furnished to a good standard with ample fitted wardrobes and all bathrooms have under floor heating for the colder months. In the hallway, there is a guest cloakroom. There is a spacious furnished terrace which is ideal for relaxing on. The apartment enjoys the facility of communal gardens and swimming pools and has good views to the mountains and the coast. There is private parking. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning/heating throughout.

This is a modern spacious three bedroom, three bathroom apartment which is located close to the marina of Duquesa and the town of Sabinillas with all the amenities you could want and is also very near to the wide uncrowded sandy beach of Casares Costa. There is a nearby enclosed childrens playground with a cafe/bar serving local Spanish food. The café/bar is open all day and has regular sports and football matches showing on the TV. Additionally, it is just a short drive into Puerto Banus and Marbella and only ten minutes from Estepona. You can reach Gibraltar within half an hour and explore the nearby pretty white villages of Casares and Gaucin.

For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. If you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available and there is a very reliable bus service to all the local towns, i.e. Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

** Car hire at very competitive rates can also be organised for you.
** Hire service available for cots, highchairs, wheelchairs or anything you may feel will help you enjoy your holiday.

** A 200.00 GBP or 200.00 Euro refundable security deposit is required, payable with final rental payment.

The Costa del Sol boasts a vast expanse of activities, sightseeing and history. Many within easy reach of the area where the apartment is located. The trendy and famous Puerto Banus, with its bars, clubs and restaurants, is less than 5 minutes drive away. In winter, you can breakfast on your terrace and by lunchtime you can be ski-ing on the Sierra Nevada Mountains near to Granada.
Many of the famous golf courses are nearby and children (and adults!) can enjoy a day at the Selwo Safari Park. Gibraltar, with its history and tax free shopping is only 40 minutes drive away and a spectacular sight to see (don’t forget to take your passport with you). Ronda and the many surrounding white Andalucian villages have great historic interest and give an insight to the ‘real’ Spain. All along the Costa del Sol, there are safe and clean beaches. A visit to the town and beach of Tarifa, just beyond Gibraltar, is well worth it, especially if you are a keen windsurfer or kite boarder.
The Casares Costa / Majestic Hills area
Duquesa and Sabinillas: Duquesa is located to the west of Estepona and retains some of its natural scenery and local character including the pretty marina, a haven for boating enthusiasts or those just wishing to relax and explore the upper and lower floors with all the amenities you could wish for. Enjoy one of the many bars and restaurants or relax and soak up the sun on the wide sandy uncrowded beaches on either side of the marina not forgetting to sample the local tapas at the beach bars.
Neighbouring town of Sabinillas is a 5 min walk along the promenade and boasts many more facilities, bars, restaurants and Blue Flag beaches. Local golf courses include 'La Duquesa Golf Course and Country Club', designed by Robert Trent Jones and only 5 minutes away where nature and design are brought together so beautifully. Duquesa is a good base to explore the fantastic Andalucian and nearby places of interest, for example, Gibraltar, Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 35 minutes drive away.
Estepona: This is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalucian white village. The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. You can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children's’ play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections – one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce. The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars and restaurants. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.

From major airports, you can fly to Malaga or Gibraltar. From either of these airports, it is approx 30-40 minute drive to Majestic Hills, Casares Costa on the A-7 coastal road or AP-7 toll road. You can hire a car (we can organise this for you), take a taxi, catch a bus or USE OUR OWN AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE (maximum of eight passengers) that will take you directly to your accommodation. A map and full directions to the apartment from the airport will be sent to you prior to your arrival date and you will be personally met to be shown the apartment, help with any information you need and pass over the keys.
