There is also an outdoor terrace off kitchen with seating for 12 people Dining,with a large BBQ.Also another Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, handy if you don't like stairs,also air-conditioned,this room also has a separate door leading straight into conservatory .This is a wonderful large modern Airy Villa for the perfect Holiday.
Lower ground floor has a beautiful large lounge area with large flat screen TV,1 large double bedroom with en suite bathroom large enough to accommodate z beds as well,and 1 twin bedroom with bathroom all with Air con and sliding doors onto pool area.
Also has a second kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster washing machine and tumble dryer.
A great place for a relaxed family holiday within walking distance of the lovely little town ,where you can find lots of great bars, restaurants and shops,internet cafes. There are also a few clubs if you fancy a late one.

There is a BBQ, which is based on top lawn next to kitchen and out side dining area which seats 12 people.Plus a table for 6 can be added. At the front door there is a sofa area ,great to chill out and have pre dinner drinks,you get a lovely breeze here,and a super roof terrace with viewing tower,sun loungers for totally private sun bathing, It is a fantastic spacious villa for large groups of friends, and great for the teenagers just a walk down to the beach while you chill by the pool, loads to keep them occupied, giving them a little freedom ,as well you.
There is a set of golf clubs in villa

The villa is very private and not overlooked. There are 12 sun loungers down by the pool and Parasols.
Lovely Outdoor seating and dining area for 12 people.Plus extra table of 6 can be joine next . For the more active there is a bike hire shop just at the bottom of rafaiol bank 5 mins from villa.The villa has Secure parking with high locking gates and video intercom,and is fully alarmed, inside & out

The Climate in the Algarve is very stable, lowest being around 15 to highs of 31 plus it makes it a great all year holiday resort. A great place to visit is Silves with its beautiful castle winding street little cafes, restaurants and bars very romantic.
Carvoeiro has so many great secluded beaches, so even hot on a breezy day beautiful.
Ferragudo long beach fabulous, in summer have huge inflateble assault course in sea great fun.
Alvor has a beautiful long beach and some lovely restaurants right on the beach stunning views.
Portimao is a pretty city offering great shops and everything a party crowd could ask for from beach to disco
Albufeira is also not to far in between Faro and Carvoeiro with its party feel and another great beach.There are so many fabulous beaches you could choose a different one every day, you wont be disappointed.
The Carvoeiro / Central Carvoeiro area
Carvoeiro is a lovely holiday spot: lots of great golf courses near by, Aqualand water park for a great day out, great secluded beach just 5 mins walk from villa loads of restaurants and bars, Bar Talvez does the best cocktails.
Algar Seco is a must lovely cliff top walk great bar restaurant A Boneca hidden away among the rocks find it !
There is horse riding, mountain bikes great walks along Algar Seco which is one of the most lovely sights especially at sunset. Even in the quieter months Carvoeiro is still a great place to be, very friendly.
You also have zoo marine where you swim with the dolphins and Slide and Splash another great water Park. Not too far away you have Crazy World zoo with crazy golf etc good day out for the kids.

Easy jet do cheaper flights to faro airport, Casa Carioca is only 45 mins away on the A22 motorway heading for junction 6 to Carvoeiro, Zit auto car hire are very reasonable and are based in the airport, there are also transfer buses and taxis.We can also organise transfers from the airport to casa carioca.

All 14 of us had a wonderful holiday here from 14 to 21 April 2013. The villa is spacious with plenty of room for everyone and gates to keep the wee ones safe from the stairs and the lovely pool. It's only a 5 minute walk to the nearest shops and 10 minutes walk into the lovely wee town of Carvoiero which retains its character as a fishing village. So there's no real need to hire a car. Plenty of really good restaurants and bars in the town. We'd recommend Bar Havana and a wonderful Indian restaurant next door. Also highly recommend Onzi, an Italian restaurant near the beach - their food was terrific and they really went out their way to accommodate the kids. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, the facilities first class, the owners and the villa manager very helpful, and the gardens a delight. The coast around here is spectacular and you MUST go to Bar A Boneca, a great wee place nestled in a cove between the cliffs and about a 20min stroll from the villa.
