This 2 floor town house is beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. It comprises of a spacious living/dining room with a downstairs shower room and toilet. The fully fitted kitchen comes with all appliances and a breakfast bar. It also has a laundry area with washing machine. Upstairs are two en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. All windows are double glazed with mosquito screens and electric shutters. There are terraces to front and rear with patio areas and furniture.
This superb property forms part of an absolutely stunning development. It must surely rank as one of the best constructed developments in the Algarve. The site offers outstandng panoramic views. Clean sandy beaches are a short walk away over beautiful cliff tops. The development is situated halfway between the pretty seaside village of Carvoeiro and the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. Both villages offer a wide range of restaurants and attractions. Quinta da Boa Nova itself is also within walking distance of restaurants and shops with two championship golf courses being less than a 5 minute drive away. Carvoeiro / Quinta da Boa Nova area
Carvoeiro is a quaint seaside resort which nestles between two hills. Wander round the streets sampling the many restaurants and bars, visit the local market. Close by is the attractive fishing village of Ferragudo with its cobbled streets. July and August see the village decorated with garlands and fairy lights and at night it is particularly atmospheric. Visit Silves, Caldas and the Monchique mountains, all of which have their own appeal.
Quinta da Boa Nova is centrally located with the beautiful Caneiros beach close by where one of the most popular beach restaurants is found. Sample the mouthwatering choice of fresh fish and seafood dishes.
Championship golf courses are open to visitors, although some may require handicap certificates and of course proper dress code. Lots of activities can be found in the area including tennis and horse riding.
How to get there
Easily accessible budget flights from most airports to Faro. Directions from Faro airport: From the airport head for the A22 motorway, following the signs for Portimão. Follow the motorway all the way to Lagoa. Leave the A22 towards ‘Lagoa’. (CEPSA petrol station is on the right just before the turn off). Follow signs for Lagoa Sul and then for Carvoeiro - this road will join the N125. Go straight on at the first roundabout. Turn right at the traffic lights (signed Carvoeiro). At the small roundabout - bear right (sign posted Sesmarias - Ferragudo). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight on) towards the water tower up the hill. Go through the village of Sesmarias you will find “Presa de Moura” on your left and at the next small roundabout take the second exit, Quinta da Boa Nova is signed. Take the first right and follow the road to the Boa Nova car park. The Reception Office is near by. The journey from Faro airport should take no more than 45 minutes.
