Home description

Our Lodge is just a good walk or few minutes drive to fabulous Restaurants, Golf Courses and Beaches - nearest is Praia Marinha Beach just voted one of the most beautiful in the World, Albandeira Beach with Spa, and Benagil, plus lots of secret coves and miles of amazing cliff top walks overlooking the Sea.

The entrance to the Lodge is through Electric Gates and is set in 3600sq m of secure landscaped gardens with 10 x 5 Swimming Pool (shared only with Owners - when there!). The Lodge has lovely shaded terraces and a magnificent sun bathing terrace with loungers and winer/diner for al fresco dining, Outback BBQ.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Landscape and climate combine in the Algarve to create a region of year-round appeal. Breathtaking views, sheer cliffs, sheltered valleys with their patchwork orange and lemon groves, vine yards and olive trees or castle topped peaks. The Algarvians are most helpful and friendly, making you feel totally relaxed and welcome, the one down side of the Algarve is having to fly home!!!

Carvoeiro / Caramujeira area

Situated approx 4km from the Fishing Village of Carvoeiro with huge selection of fabulous Restaurants, Shops, Bars and Supermarkets. Facilities such as Zoomarine (entertainments for whole family including the chance to swim with Dolphins), Waterparks, Golf Courses and Golf Ranges for all standards, Horse Riding, Sailing and Scuba Diving, are all within easy reach.

The Moorish Town of SIlves with its dominating castle, market and acres of Orange groves is a short drive away. Algarve Shopping Centre with nine Screen Cinema and Bowling Alley not to mention fantastic range of shops (133!) is within a 15 minute drive.

How to get there

All Budget Airlines fly direct to Faro from UK. Or try Seville, Spain, 2 hour drive but may end up cheaper depends on timing!

MM Lodge gets a huge five stars from us - it's a home from home and has everything and more!!! The are quite a few differences from home though - the Sun, lots of gorgeous beaches and lush restaurants. The location of the Lodge is perfect, the beautiful views combined with the peace and quiet makes it so relaxing, and yet so easy to drive and explore other towns and villages - Gill and Bruce thank you for your help and advice - we had a great holiday and will definitely be back. Your Photos don't do M MLodge justice!!!! Fabulous peaceful location just as you said and yet close to all amenities. Best walks we have ever had on a holiday, not to mention the local Fish restaurants!! Already booked for next year Mr & Mrs Davidson, Newcastle
