About the home

This is a brand new villa beautifully furnished in a modern yet eminently comfortable style and equipped with everything you may need for your stay.

Indoor/outdoor living is the theme and the spacious lounge area opens onto a patio and garden with lawn and semi-tropical plants.

The first floor is a suite with bedroom, bathroom and lounge area adjoining an enormous private veranda with great views.

Full multifunction air-conditioning, under floor heating in the bathrooms, satellite TV, DVD and high speed internet all in the delightful setting of Hibiscus gardens combine to make this one of the finest two bedroom villas in the Algarve.

The Villa is set in Hibiscus Gardens a secure gated development with delightful lawns and semi-tropical gardens which make up 85% of the property. There are three communal pools, a gymnasium, relaxation centre, children’s play area and a very attractive Greenery bar and snack restaurant overlooking over the main pool.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

This area is very special it has some fantastic beaches and small coves.

The weather is glorious all year round and the Portuguese people are very welcoming.

Slightly in land there are many historical areas, like the Town of Silves and of course there is the splendid Monchique mountain, on a hot day is so inviting and the views breathtaking.

The Carvoeiro area

Carvoeiro was and still is a charming fishing village which has expanded without losing its charm to include the modern amenities that today’s international visitor look for – bars, restaurants, beach front piazza, shops, etc.

The rocky coastline has several small attractive beaches close to town and within 10 minutes drive there are larger, outstanding beaches notably Marinha which was listed as in the top 50 of the world.
Nearby is Monte Carvoeiro, just above the town centre and a short stroll from the villa, has a delightful palm lined square with restaurants of various styles, bars and the well known Jazz bar with great live music daily.

Hibiscus Gardens is an easy 35 to 40 minutes drive on the motorway from Faro and 15 minutes from the Lisbon/Algarve motorway intersection.

Excellent accommodation, friendly and helpful staff. Close to all amenities although we did rent a car and would recommend this also if you are interested in sightseeing. The villa was very modern and clean, maids visited regular. The swimming pools in the complex were also of a very high standard, and always clean. We could not fault this property for the slightest thing and would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting the Algarve. Aislinn Devlin

Thanks for a great weeks holiday in the Algarve. Friendly and regular cleaners, most welcome personnel at the main entrance, beautiful setting and beautiful villa.
