For a day program and very close there are 2 water parks, a zoo and an aquarium. If can easily reach Portimão, Lagoa or Silves with its castle, by car or bus. Carvoeiro beach its a beautiful one, but along the coast there are many other beaches to explore as well as some natural pools.

Carvoeiro is about 55 Km from Faro Airport and 10 km from the railways in Estombar.

Some low cost airlines include Easyjet, Jet2.com, Monach and thomsonfly.
