About the home

Casa Por do Sol is situated in a quiet residential area of Sesmarias. The accommodation of this villa is situated entirely on one level, making it ideal for the young and elderly. It enjoys countryside views and in the distance, Monchique mountains can be seen.
Satellite television is provided for your enjoyment ,with English programmes.
There are a number of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away, as is Ferraguado.
Visitors to this property are assisted by a local agent and a twice weekly maid service, leaving you free to enjoy the superb climate, excellent restaurants, golden sandy beaches and first rate golf courses nearby.

The lounge is bordered by patio doors, which flood the room with natural sunlight and lead directly onto the private pool, terrace and surrounding countryside views. The adjacent dining area provides seating fotr 4 people.
The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs.
Both bedrooms have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. One has an en suite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom situated off the hallway.
Electric heaters are available if required.
Twice weekly maid service provided.

The kidney shaped pool is for your exclusive use. It has tiled steps leading into the water for easy access. The garden has a selection of mature plants with views of Monchique mountains.

Why not relax beside the pool and enjoy dining al fresco having barbecued some local cuisine.
External dining table and chairs for 4, together with sun umbrellas and loungers.
External shower.

Ample parking space on private driveway.

Further details

A security deposit of 100 pounds is required. This is refunded upon safe return of the keys and assuming no damages or losses are incurred.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure specific dates with the balance paid 8 weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. Booking is not confirmed until payment has cleared.
Occupancy times on arrival date are from 13.00 hours. On departure day the premises must be vacated by 10.00 hours.

Beach towels not supplied.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve averages 3000 hours of sunshine each year, more than the Costa Brava, Majorca and the French Riveria. The province is located in the far south of Portugal bordered by the Atlantic on two sides and by mountains to the east. It stretches from the Spanish border westwards to Cape St. Vincent.
One hundred and fifty miles of Portugal's coast is formed by cliffs overlooking numerous golden sandy beaches.
Places to visit include the mountains of Monchique, Silves Castle and the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, with it's many historical buildings.

The Carvoeiro / Sesmarias area

Sesmarias is a countryside location on the bordres of Carvoeiro and Ferraguado. It is within easy reach of both places, five minutes by car, and Portimao, ten m inutes, with it's interesting shopping opportunities and deep sea fishing excursions. The Algarve race track is newly opened and worth a visit.
There are two large water parks nearby, a tennis and fitness centre at Carvoeiro Tennis Club and Zoo Marine where you can swim with dolphins all year round.
The local area boasts many attractions and activities ranging from stunning beaches to fun filled days for all the family. There are many beautiful golf courses in this part of the Algarve, including Pinta, Gramacho and Vale de Milho.
Excellent restaurants are in abundance to suit all tastes and pockets.
Algarve shopping centre is the largest commercial venue in the Algarve, situated over two floors, with cinemas, ten pin bowling, amusement area and food halls.

Many budget airlines now have daily flights to Faro airport in the Algarve, Portugal. These include easyjet, monarch, bmi baby, thomsomfly and more departing from most regional airports.

“Exceeded our expectations !” We wanted somewhere within walking distance to local shops and restaurants which we got with the location this villa. The accommodation was clean, bright and spacious with a fantastic pool/terrace.
