This stunning brand new villa has been furnished to the highest specification and delightfully furnished and decorated in a modern yet supremely comfortable fashion.
Indoor/outdoor living is the theme and a very spacious lounge area with full length French windows opens out onto an enormous terrace and pool area surrounded by lawn and semi-tropical plants.
The two bedrooms on the ground-floor both with en-suite bathrooms also open onto the pool area and are decorated in bright, natural colors.
The first floor suite has one vast veranda for sunbathing or entertaining and a second veranda were you can be completely private.
There is a walk in wardrobe, superb marble top bathroom and sea views to write home about.
With a superb pool and about 1.000 square meters of gardens you may never leave the property except to enjoy the rest of the Hibiscus Gardens with its three communal pools, gymnasium, relaxation centre, children’s play area and a very attractive Greenery bar and snack restaurant overlooking over the main pool.

The villa is set in Hibiscus Gardens a secure gated development with delightful lawns and semi-tropical gardens which make up 85% of the property. There are three communal pools, a gymnasium, relaxation centre, children’s play area and a very attractive Greenery bar and snack restaurant overlooking over the main pool.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Easily accessible and close to the best the Algarve has to offer, be it rocky coves and sandy beaches, charming fishing villages, historic towns such as Silves, the magnificent Monchique hills and more recent man made additions such as Zoo Marine, Slide & Splash, Marinas, excellent shopping centres and the international race track - the central region has it all!
The Carvoeiro area
Carvoeiro was and still is a charming fishing village which has expanded without losing its charm to include the modern amenities that today’s international visitor look for – bars, restaurants, beach front piazza, shops, etc.
The rocky coastline has several small attractive beaches close to town and within 10 minutes drive there are larger, outstanding beaches notably Marinha which was listed as in the top 50 of the world.
Monte Carvoeiro, just above the town centre and a short stroll from the villa, has a delightful palm lined square with restaurants of various styles, bars and the well known Jazz bar with great live music daily.

Hibiscus Gardens is an easy 35 to 40 minutes drive on the motorway from Faro and 15 minutes from the Lisbon/Algarve motorway intersection.

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing holiday at Hibiscus Gardens. The complex is truly beautiful and the villas are lovely easy places to live and relax in, surrounded by spectacular gardens that are going to be more impressive next year once they have become more established. Excellent accommodation, friendly and helpful staff. Close to all amenities although we did rent a car and would recommend this also if you are interested in sightseeing.
The villa was very modern and clean, maids visited regular. The swimming pools in the complex were also of a very high standard, and always clean. We could not fault this property for the slightest thing and would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting the Algarve. A Devlin
