Home description

This is a new luxury, fully equipped private villa, with its own private pool which sleeps up to 8 people. All fittings and furnishings are of high standard, and the accommodation is spacious, light and airy throughout, with country and sea views.

The private pool has a solar safe pool cover, with pool heating available. We also have wireless internet connection available. Two beaches are within a 10 minute walk. Golf, tennis and other sports facilities are with in a 5minute drive.

Bustling Carvoeiro with its numerous shops, fish and vegetable market, bars and fine restaurants are also just a few minutes walk.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has stunning coastline and year-round mild weather, maintained by warm sea and air currents from nearby North Africa.

Places of interest
~Silves is a nearby market town, with its medieval castle, was once the Moorish capital of the Algarve.
~Ferragudo, is fought to be one of the most attractive fishing villages in the Algarve.
~Monchique is a small, placid mountain town with its own timesless identity based on the crops grown on the terrace slopes and rolling hills all around it. PIne, Eucalyptus and cork oak trees flourish in the cooler air.

Carvoeiro / Central Carvoeiro area

A typical Portuguese fisherman’s village that, in spite of its fast growth as a tourist attraction, has really kept its authentic character. The centre of the town has animation throughout the year and close by you will find lots of beautiful white sandy beaches surrounded by spectacular cliffs.

Some of the best golf courses in the Algarve are within a 5-10min drive .
Tennis clubs and many other sports facilities are close by.

In the Carvoeiro area there are lots of both typical Portuguese and international restaurants and there are also many interesting and historical places to visit within the region.

Airlines , Easyjet , BMI Baby , Ryan Air , Tap , BA and Monarch all have flights to Faro Airport
Faro Airport is the nearest airport , it is 35mins drive to the villa

Further details indoors:

A large bright lounge, which leads directly out onto the terrace and pool. Furnished with 3 sofas of which one converts into a double bed. The kitchen has a door which leads out onto a patio and decked area with countryside views.

The dining room has a large pine table and chairs, the room leads through to the lounge and patio doors looking out onto the garden and patio. The master bedroom has en-suite and a double bed. The room has patio doors which lead out onto the balcony which is situated at the front of the villa, where there are lovely sea views.

There are two further twin bedded rooms to the back of the villa, one with patio doors leading out onto another balcony with countryside views.

A private good sized swimming pool (8m x 4m approx), with pool heating and solar safe pool cover.
Outside shower cubicle on good sized terrace for ample sunbathing.
Built in traditional Portuguese bbq and eating area.
Table and chairs and sun loungers , a parasol if you like the shade.

Maid service twice a week.
Arrival and Departure times are flexible in the Low Season , Otherwise arrival from 2 pm and departure 11am
The villa has an info book on area and also contains emergency numbers doctors , dentists and taxi numbers ect.
We have a local villa manager Stefanie who will ensure that your stay is enjoyable as possible and is on hand to answer any questions.
A welcome food pack is also provided on your arrival for that first cup of tea or snack

Conditions

25% deposit non returnable on booking.
Full payment due 8 weeks before departure.
Breakages deposit £200 paid with payment. Deposit returned within 14 days of return.

Air Conditioning £70.00 per week
Internet £10.00 per week
