About the home

The townhouse is tastefully appointed throughout and is a superb holiday home ideally suited to couples and families looking for 5 star accommodation. There are 2 floors comprising, lounge/dining room, ground floor shower room, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry with washing machine, master bedroom with double bed and 'en-suite', twin bedded room with en-suite both with built in wardrobes and storage facilities.

Rear terrace and front terrace furnished with 2 comfortable chaise longues and table provide private seating and relaxing facilities. Underfloor heating throughout, gas-fire, double-glazed windows with mosquito nets and electric shutters are installed. There is a 32 inch Plasma TV with integrated free-sat and DVD player in the lounge, and CD player in the kitchen.

The townhouse is located at the new development of Quinta da Boa Nova, with a large swimming pool and tennis courts all available for use free of charge. An elegant poolside bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day. The area is stunningly beautiful and caters for many activities with the Pinta & Gramacho championship golf complex 5 minutes drive away.

The owners have created a special holiday home of high quality which they will use themselves and make their home available for guests to enjoy.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

This area of the Algarve combines stunning coastline of golden sandy beaches, lazy villages, thriving towns providing opportunities for shopping and great night life and many sporting activities.

The Algarve is famous for its golf courses and there are a mixture of prestigious championship and more friendly courses to suit all tastes within easy reach of the property.

The region provides for a quiet relaxing holiday enjoying the facilities afforded by Quinta da Boa Nova, or participating in the many activities available. The climate offers warmth and sunshine all year round.

The Carvoeiro / Quinta da Boa Nova area

The townhouse is situated 10 minutes drive away from both the scenic resort of Caverio and local fishing village of Ferragudo. Caverio offers a multitude of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes and budgets.

Ferragudo whilst again offering a mixture of restaurants, has a number of quality fish eateries adjacent to the sea front. Caneiros beach is approximately 1 kilometre away and is a popular place for sun-bathing and swimming.

The Reis das Praias restaurant is located on the beach and is famous for it's extensive selection of fabulous seafood. There are Italian, American and Portugese restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within 5 minutes drive of the property.

Many outdoor activities are catered for in the area including, tennis (on-site free to use courts), scuba diving, sailing, swimming, walking, cycling and horse riding. There are a number of championship standard golf courses in the area with the Pestana complex of Pinta and Gramacho courses, together with driving range/practice chipping and putting green facilities, within 5 minutes drive. Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide & Splash attractions are all within easy reach.

The buzzing atmosphere of Caverio and Portimao extends from daytime to great night-life experience.

Majority of airlines fly into Faro airport which is 40 minutes drive from our property. From the UK, budget airlines such as Monarch and Easyjet fly twice daily Spring through Autumn and once per day Winter time.
Detailed instructions from Faro airport to the property are available by request from the owner.
