The Algarve / Central Algarve region

With it's golden beaches and unspoiled coastline, the Algarve is one of the world's most attractive holiday destination well known for it's glorious year round sunshine. The Carvoeiro / Pestana Golf Resort Gramacho area

Carvoeiro is one of the Algarve's most popular beachside holiday villages, the village nestles in a dip between two hills. It is a remarkably vibrant little place especially as a focal point for wining and dining. One of the locality's strongest attractions are the beaches on the east side of the village.

Pestana Golf Resort is located near Sesmarias, west of Carvoeiro. It features narrow fairways on undulated land.
Water parksand other attraction parks such as 'Zoo Marine' nearby.

Flights available from Gatwick and a number of other airports (Bristol, Doncaster) depending on the season. Direct to Faro Airport (Monarch Airlines, Riannair, bmibaby, EasyJet, Jet2) and get a hire car. With the opening of the new A22 it will take approximately 40 minutes to get to the Pestana Golf Resort Gramacho.

“look no further - this ticks all the boxes” we know site extremely well, visiting 3 times per year at a friend's property. not possible this year and so looked on holiday lettings web site. this is a perfect location and a great price. the apartment is well fitted, clean, decent tv, free wi-fi and a perfect location adjacent to the Gramacho 18th fairway. <5 minutes walk to the clubhouse and a warm and quiet (at least in october 2011) pool 50 yards from the patio. we will be coming again next year and would recommend it very very highly.

“Peaceful and idyllic - the perfect holiday apartment!” My family have a villa in Carvoeiro and we have been going for years but this year we needed to find an extra apartment as there were too many of us. My fiance and I stayed here and couldn't have been happier. Idyllic location, right on the golf course and overlooking a large swimming pool - even though it was peak season in July there were never more than 6 people around it! If you're looking for a relaxing holiday then this is it. You would need a car if you stayed here but it's worth it just to be in a lovely location a bit further away from it all (but not more than 10-15 minutes' drive from Carvoeiro town centre). The property manager was fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful! We will definitely be back!
