Situated in Mato Serrao, central Carvoeiro, this modern immaculately presented detached three bedroom villa has air conditioning throughout for year round comfort providing cool and warm air. It is completely walled for your privacy and security. Enjoy the benefits of being in Carvoeiro yet the tranquility and privacy of your own space and comfort.

This villa is compliant with the rental licence legislation in Portugal. As such it's location, ownership, facilities and suitability for rental have been inspected and approved. Complete peace of mind included.

The private pool, BBQ and external dining areas are perfectly placed to enjoy the superb climate in the company of your family and friends. The pool measures approx 5m x 5m, at its widest point, and has three steps leading into the shallow end for easy access. The water depth measures approximately 1.10m x 1.50m. External shower. Sun loungers provided.

All furnishings are of a high standard and the kitchen fully equipped for your self catering needs. This villa has wi fi.

Off street secure parking for one car. Golf discounts available for villa guests - please ask for details.

Large hallway leads to the spacious lounge/dining room with two sets of double glazed patio doors leading to the pool terrace area. There are two large settees which comfortably accommodate eight guests. The internal dining table also seats eight with the external dining area seating six and benefitting from a parasol for shade as required.

The large flat screen television has streamed english language channels including bbc 1, bbc 2, ITV etc plus sky sports, bt sports, racing channels and sky news, additionally some Canadian, Brazilian, Dutch, Portuguese and Italian programmers. There is also a DVD player.

The kitchen is new and totally equipped. The central island has seating for four guests.

The downstairs guest cloakroom is beside the corridor leading to the ground floor bedroom and en suite.

The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, large fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. It also has it's own ensuite bathroom.

The hallway staircase leads to the first floor where the landing is enclosed with glass doors flooding the area with natural light and is a sun trap throughout the year.

The first floor landing leads to a terrace from which views of the atlantic ocean can be seen and sunbathing furniture enjoyed. An additional dining table, chairs and umbrella are provided on the roof terrace.

There are two further bedrooms on the first floor, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.Both have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

Weekly maid service and towel/linen change. Guests supply beach towels. Cot provided please specify requirement at time of booking. Highchair provided at small additional cost. Food pack provided at additional cost - please enquire.

Casa Nampara is situated on a residential street, not a high class housing estate. The pool sizes shown on the advertising are accurate and all previous guests have been happy with it. Prior to your arrival I personally checked the villa and contrents. There was liquid soap and a toilet roll in each bathroom and ground floor we. The downstairs patio door locks are not broken. Both were checked before your arrival and after your departure and they lock perfectly well. Guests before your occupancy and since have operated these patio door locks and I’m sorry if you had an issue with them. During your holiday the manager visited and you failed to mention any of the above matters to him. In fact he asked you to contact him should you need any assistance during your holiday, which you did not. The television channels are streamed via the Internet. If the supplier interrupts the signal momentarily it is completely beyond my control. This has never been mentioned previously, However I have contacted the internet supplier for a resolution. Unfortunately the guests who departed immediately prior to your arrival broke the full length mirror and safe. The safe is not shown on the advertising as it was immediately removed from the list of facilities offered. At the time of your holiday the safe was briefly mentioned in the villa information book. This has been removed pending its repair or replacement. The maids fully prepared the villa internally and externally for you. This included sweeping and mopping all external areas and terraces. As advertised there is a weekly maid service which was fulfilled and includes changing bed linen and towels. Had you mentioned your displeasure with the cleanliness of the external areas during your holiday I would, of course, have the maids the maids attended and remedied the situation but you failed to make any comment during your holiday. Thank you for your four star review and hope you can return soon.
