Two bedroom apartment, with modern kitchen and lounge, with widescreen TV, DVD & Sky TV and a log burning fire for the winter evenings. The apartment also has air conditioning to the lounge and both bedrooms and also has ceiling fans in the two bedrooms. Balcony with outside table & chairs and two sunloungers.
Really good location, only 5 minutes in the car to Carvoeiro beach, with many bars and fabulous restaurants to choose from, and the apartment is located two hundred yards from the communal pool, so great for a family Pool/Beach holiday. Great for men wishing to have a golfing holiday/weekend and for friends to holiday together. The apartment sleeps 5 and a baby in a travel cot that is provided.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The apartment is situated 40 minutes drive from Faro Airport, car hire is recommended, however, taxi's are widely available from the airport to the resort of Carvoeiro. It is approximately 5 minutes drive into the beautiful fishing village of Carvoeiro where there is a lovely beach and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.
The apartment is situated in Carvoeiro and is only a further 10 minutes to Ferrugudo, on the way you can call into a number of beaches in particular Pintadinho Beach is a really nice beach with a fantastic restaurant located on the overlooking the sea, the perfect place for Lunch!
Carvoeiro / Pestana Golf Resort Gramacho area
The "Slide and Splash Water Park" is located 5 minutes drive away from the apartment. With Zoo Marine and Aqualand being just a few kilometres away, details can be found in the apartment information file. There are numerous beaches with restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute drive of the apartment, there is a large Intermarche Supermarket just 5 minutes drive away.
The apartment is ideal for families, couples and friends to share and is also ideal for 4- 5 ladies or men who may wish to play Golf on the beautiful Gramacho 18 Hole Golf Course which is on site and it has an impressive clubhouse with a giant TV screen, bar and restaurant, tennis courts on site, bowling green and golf academy. There is a beauty salon at Vale de Pinta Golf Course which is 2 minutes drive away and also a small but well equipped supermarket at the entrance of the golf resort.
The fishing village of Carvoeiro is approximately 5 minutes drive away from the apartment where you can find numerous bars and restaurants, which are very reasonably priced.

Flights are available from most UK airports to Faro which is 40 minutes drive to the apartment itself. Flights are widely available from Monarch & Jet 2, as well as many other companies.

Further details indoors: There are 4 seats aroung the dining table which is extendable, and a further 4 chairs on the balcony which can be brought in at meal times. Pool towels are also provided.
Further details outdoors: The Barbecue is located on the balcony for your use, however, you are not allowed to barbecue in the communal area's. The balcony overlooks the lovely Monchique Mountains and the resort lawns and gardens. The resort has secure parking and the apartment also has Golf Club storage facilities.

Bookings can be made by contacting Joanne Spencer on numbers provided. A 20% Deposit is required at the time of booking (this is non-refundable) with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure. Also a deposit of £100.00 is required against any breakages/damages and will be returned to you once you have returned home.
