The accommodation at this attractive two bedroom villa is arranged totally on one level, making it ideal for those who are less agile. The property is in a quiet area and enjoys an elevated position with rural views of the surrounding countryside and is within easy reach of all amenities.
Air conditioning units ensure your comfort throughout the year, together with satellite television programmes.
There are a few restaurants bars, cafes and hardware shop within easy walking distance.
Visitors to this property are assisted by a local agent and a twice weekly maid service leaving you free to enjoy the superb climate, excellent restaurants and nearby beaches.

This villa has a spacious lounge and an adjioning dining area., bordered on one side by large patio doors which flood the rooms with natural sunlight. These also provide views of the private swimming pool, terrace and surrounding countryside. The plasma television provides satellite programmes for your enjoyment.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has a double and a single bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units.

This property boasts a large 10 X 4 metre private swimming pool. It has steps for easy access for the young and elderly and has a marked shallow end. The pool area has rural views and is surrounded by terraces for your relaxation and enjoyment.
External pool furniture is provided.

Terms of payment are; non refundable 25% depsoit payable as condition of booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment made by bank transfer any charges involved must be paid by the person making the transfer.
A security deposit of 100 pounds is required.
Guests are advised to take adequate insurance for themselves and their property, including cancellation cover.
Use of the air conditioning units incurs an additional cost, details supplied on request.
Smoking permitted externally only.

Booking is not confirmed until payment has cleared.
Security deposits are refunded upon safe return of the keys,alarm fob and assuming no damages or losses are incurred. if the alarm fob is lost or damaged a 25 pound fee is deducted from the security deposit.
Occupancy times: on arrival date occupancy is possibe from 13.00 hrs. On departure days the property must be vacated by 10.00 hrs.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve averages 3000 hours of sunshine each year, more than the Costa Brava, Majorca and the French Riveria. The province is loocated in the far south of Portugal bordered by the Atlantic on two sides and by mountains to the east. It stretches from the Spanish border westwards to Cape St Vincent.
One hundred and fifty miles of Portugal's coast is formed by cliffs overlooking numerous golden sandy beaches.
Places to visit include the mountains of Monchique, Silves Castle and the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, with it's many historical buildings.

The Carvoeiro / Sesmarias area

Sesmarias is a countryside location on the borders of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. It is within easy reach of both places, 5 minutes by car, and Portimao (10 minutes) with it's interesting shopping opportunities, boat sightseeing tours and deep sea fishing excursions.
There are two large water parks nearby, a tennis and fitness centre at Carvoeiro Tennis Club and Zoo Marine where you can swim with dolphins. Krazy World has a reptile centre, farmyard feeding area, two crazy golf courses and swimming pool.
The local areas boast many all year round attractions and activities, ranging from stunning beaches to fun filled days out for all the family. Algarve shopping centre at Guia is the largest commercial centre in the Algarve, situated over two floors, with cinemas, ten pin bowling and amusement area and food halls.
There are many beautiful golf courses in this part of the Algarve, including Pinta, Gramacho and Vale de Milho.
Excellent restaurants are in abundance to suit all tastes and pockets

Fly to Faro airport. Casa Callum is a 45 minute drive.
Cheap flights are available from local airlines including easy jet, maoarch, thomson fly, bmi baby and more, departing from most regional airlports.

I've been coming to Carvoeiro for 7 years with my wife and 2 kids and have stayed in this villa for the last 2 years, as it's perfect. The villa itself is spacious and very well kept, the pool is large and a proper pool (not just a dipping pool - excellent) and the location is ideal.
