This luxurious property is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday. Facing the sea and within 100 metres of two beaches, this three bedroomed town house is perfect for peace and relaxation, and will be appreciated by all ages.
It is in immaculate condition with brand new bathrooms and fully fitted and equipped kitchen. A short scenic walk leads you into the centre of Carvoeiro village with its abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
There is a bright and spacious lounge / dining room that is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There is a large wall taken up by patio doors that open up onto a private, sunkissed terrace that is facing out to the ocean. The terrace is ideal for al-fresco dining and also benefits from sun loungers to soak up the Portuguese sun. The lounge has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and a log fire to keep you warm on those chilly nights.

The entrance area of this property leads directly into the bright and spacious lounge and dining room, which is furnished to a high standard and has satellite TV. The dining table has seating for six people. This room is completely bordered on one wall by large patio doors which open onto a private sun kissed terrace, facing the sea. This terrace has an additional dining table for al fresco meals and loungers for sun bathing. The lounge has air conditioning for your all year round comfort, together with a log fire.
At the opposite end of the lounge is the adjoining fully fitted and equipped kitchen and an additional dining table with four chairs. An electric wall mounted heater is available for your use.
The stairs lead down into a hallway and the bedrooms. The hallway has a wall mounted electric heater. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is one bedroom with a single bed, beside which is the first of two bathrooms. This bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds facing a large external terrace accessed by patio doors which bathe the room in sunlight. An additional air conditioning unit is installed in this bedroom. An en suite bathroom comprising a large shower, bidet, sink and toilet adjoins this room.
The 4th single bed is a z bed available for use at the property wherever you wish.

The lounge has an uninterrupted sea view. Despite being within easy walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro this property is situated in a peaceful residential area.

Terms of payment: non refundable 25% deposit payable as confirmation of booking. Security deposit of 150 Euros required. Balance due 8 weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. If payment involves a bank transfer any charges must be paid by the person making the transfer.

Guests should ensure they have adequate insurance cover for all members of their party including cancellation cover.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region


The Algarve averages 3000 hours of sunshine each year, more than the Costa Brava, Majorca and the French Riveria. The province is located in the far south of Portugal, bordered by the Atlantic on two sides and by mountains to the east. It stretches from the Spanish border westwards to Cape St. Vincent. One hundred and fifty miles of Portugal's coast is formed by cliffs overlooking numerous golden sandy beaches.
Places to visit include the mountains of Monchique, Silves castle, and the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, which has many historical buildings and places of interest.
The Carvoeiro area
Carvoeiro was a small fishing village which despite some development still maintains its scenic appeal. It has not been spoilt by high rise buildings. The sandy golden beach cove has jet skis and water sports equipment available for hire together with boat trips to nearby caves and isolated beaches.
Numerous restaurants are available catering for all tastes.
There is a nearby tennis club with gym facilities and two diving schools for the more adventurous. Water parks, an aquamarine zoo and dolphin sightseeing trips are all available locally. Families are especially welcome here.
Gramacho and Vale de Pinta golf courses are within easy reach within approx 2 km. There are numerous other golf courses a short drive away including Penina and five at Villamoura.

I stayed at Paraiso with my family, all aged over 21, form 8 to 15 July 2011. We were very pleased that we had chosen this townhouse. In short you get exactly the facilities described. The location is excellent, being only a few minutes walk from two different beaches and the centre of town. Despite this, the location is also very quiet and peaceful. The living room balcony provides a magnificient cliff top view over the sea. We recommend taking a telesope or binoculars for added interest. There are plenty of yachts sailing past plus assorted fishing boats. The green area between the back of the property and the cliff top is alive with land and sea birds and at night there is a great view of the moon and stars without much light pollution. The house was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. The car parking space was an added bonus. David A London SW16
