In addition there is a large roof terrace with sun beds and BBQ. various dvds for guests to view. Car parking is available immediately outside the villa.

Placed in the centre of coastal Algarve, our house is ideally placed for exploring the whole region, and indeed for venturing further afield to Lisbon and even to Spain; it is quite possible to drive to the lovely historic city of Seville in less than 2 hours.

Further details indoors: The villa is situated on the first phase of the Clube Golfemar development overlooking the golf course at vale do Milho.The first phase properties benefit from spacious gardens whilst having the most spectacular views (180 degrees) of the Atlantic ocean.
The villa has all the facilities that you would expect from a luxury villa.The bedrooms are tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere. Sunsets from the terrace areas are absolutely beautiful. satelite tv, a selection of current dvds for guests to view,fully equipped kitchen,air-conditioning,towels and linen all provided,safe,alarm and electric security shutters for your peace of mind.
The villa has recently been repainted around the exterior and is repainted annually inside.The terrace area has been extended and relaid in new tiles giving an extra entertaining and relaxing area to the rear of the villa.
Further details outdoors: The pool and sunbathing areas are reached from steps just 1 minute walk from the villa.Access can also be gained via the sloping gardens for those with pushchairs.
The large pool is saline with steps leading into it with varying depths. There is a children's pool too which naturally has an equal shallow depth throughout.
The elevated views from this point are absolutely stunning.
Sun loungers are available free of charge for guests as are the changing facilities,toilets and showers.

The villa is non-smoking although smokers are welcome to smoke on the balconies and roof terrace. Sorry no pets allowe d. A booking deposit of 25% is required to secure your holiday. This can be made via bank transfer or paypal. The balance is required 6 weeks before your rental period in addition to a £250 fully refundable breakage deposit

Prices are per week for the rental of the villa. The prices shown include air-conditioning ,water,electricity ,towels and linen.Beach towels are not provided.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance should be paid 6 weeks before arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of £250 will also be required-this will be returned no later than 2 weeks after completion of the rental. Maid service is available at extra notional cost.(The maid will change the linen at the end of every week for 2 week stays free)please advise if you require this service.On arrival the villa will be available from 2.00pm and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.(Please contact the owner for arrangement of later checkout.)
