Luxurious Villa - standing in extensive grounds offering total privacy yet only 5 mins drive from the beach at Carvoeiro. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped and feature lawns and several quiet, shaded sitting areas. The spacious rooms are furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a satellite TV, CD stereo music centre and children's games in the sitting room. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned - no smoking, each opening onto a private terrace. The master suite on the ground floor opens onto a wide terrace with steps down to the pool. Please note that the pool can now be heated at additional cost.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Vale Da Rosa is located just outside the Fishing Village of Carvoeiro where many Restaurants and Bars are located for those long summer evenings. The town and beaches of Armcao De Pera is just 8 minutes away by car towards the coast road.

The picture-postcard village Carvoeiro lies just off the EN125 main road, near Logoa. The area is noted for its very friendly and relaxed style, Retaurants and Bars.

GOLF
Portugal, and in particular, the Algarve, is renowned for its magnificent Golf Courses which is why it is considered a golfer's paradise. There are many courses within easy reach of Vila Marianna such as The Pinta and The Gramacho courses at neighbouring Carvoeiro. There's also the championship course of Penina just a ten minute drive away.
Keen golfers' find that the location of this Villa ideal to combine both a beach and golfing holiday and it also works well for partners and families who do not participate in the sport.

The Villa is just 35 minute drive along the N22 from Faro Airport. Typical Taxi prices are Taxi 1-4 People £51. Taxi 5-8 People £73. Taxi prices are for one way journeys.

Individually designed, this property completed to the highest standards. It is situated in the area of Vel del Rei, approximately 2 miles from Logoa and the EN125 main highway. The villa is an ideal base to explore the delights of the Algarve. Or perhaps you would prefer to spend a lazy day around the pool admiring the panoramic view of the sea...the choice is yours. Vale Da Rosa enjoys a perfectly peaceful and secluded country location.

Security deposit required is 25% deposit on booking. The balance to be paid 12 weeks before arrival. A £500 Villa Damage Security Deposit is required with the final payment. Please note that the Villa Damage Secuirty Deposit will be refunded within 24hrs of your departure providing no damage has occurred.

Conditions

Pool heating £150 per week. All the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. As a consequence, the villa is particularly child friendly and wheelchair friendly.
