About the home

This villa is an extremely attractive property, filled with character and charm. Built on two levels, it offers a high standard of accommodation throughout. Vivenda Gaivota is situated within easy walking distance ( 10 min. )
from the centre of Carvoeiro with many restaurants, cafe, bars, cafe for everybody's taste and budget.

Patio doors lead out from the lounge to a terrace from where you can enjoy views towards a lush hilltop with excotic palmtrees and the Atlantic coastline. Steps lead down to the swimming pool area with open and shaded terraces. Mature garden.

There is a BBQ and large terraces for al fresco dining.

On the first floor:
3 twin bedrooms one of which has an en suite shower room, second bathroom.

Outdoor verandah with fantastic seaviews of the hill with a large variety of trees and the Atlantic coastline.

Further details

The owners of the propery live in the vicinity, therefore available for any needs or questions if neccesary.
They will receive the clients upon their arrival and will be explaining most of their quetions and will be able to give some " local advice".

Prices include : daily maid service, poolcleaning, garden staff, electricity water etc etc.

Payment conditions : 50% upon booking
50% 3 months before arrival.

No refunds
A cancellation insurance is recommended.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is one of the most popular destinations in Portugal. With its sunny and golden sand beaches, all year round weather and wonderful views, it is a truly piece of heaven on earth. You can spend a whole day on the beach, admire the architecture and traditional art or gorge on the delicious Portuguese cuisine.

There are four lovely sandy beaches for swimming or lazing in the sun around Carvoeiro, and other beautiful unspoilt beaches such as Benagil and Marinha are also close by.

There are plenty shops, a pharmacy, banks, doctors clinic, butchers, bakery and newagents . Good restaurants around, for all tastes and pockets and there are several friendly bars. Carvoeiro is just 45 minutes from Faro Airport.

The Carvoeiro area

Carvoeiro is a lively fishing village (town) which has become popular during recent years, but still retains its local charm. The fishing boats come and go, and fresh fish and locally produced fruit and vegetables can be purchased from the market.

Vivenda Gaivota is situated 250m away from the Monte Carvoeiro square, with several restaurants and cafes. Praia do Carvoeiro centre is a 10 min. walk only.
Several coved beaches are in walking distance ( 10 min.)
Distance to the international airport of Faro approximates 50 km.

The tennis club of Carvoeiro 2,5 km distance while the well known Pestana Golf Resort containing two 18-hole courses (Gramacho and Vale da Pinta) is only 3 km away and another 25 golf course within a hour's drive.

In the direct area several beaches are accessible, the small coved beach of Praia do Paraiso being within a 10 minute walking distance.
