25% non refundable Deposit is required on booking.
Prices based on 8 people and a small extra charge for 9 or 10 people will be required.
Changeover days Saturdays (Usually but can be discussed)
150 pounds Breakage and Damage deposit required with final payment due 8 weeks before guest arrival.
Arrival after 1500 and departure by 11am.
During the low season we`can often be fexible with dates to match your flights and can organise car hire if required.
