Casa Tres Irmaos is a delightful , well equipped four bedroom family villa, standing proud on a small hill with a large pool, secluded fenced gardens & a truly wonderful distant sea view from the patio. The BBQ area, with its granite style table for 8-10 persons offers truly magical al -fresco evenings as the sun sets over the sea. The two recently renovated en-suite bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, one with a private patio and french windows together with spacious living & dining areas & a newly fitted large kitchen. The two further upstairs twin bedrooms and bathroom both have direct access to the uper sun terrace, offering panoramic views to the sea.

Located 15 to 20 minutes walk from the busy but unspoilt village of Carvoeiro with its many excellent restaurants catering for a variety of cuisines from the traditional Portuguese with wonderful Sea Food or Stoney Steaks to Chinese, Thai or Indian. Many little shops and bars plus numerous beaches and Golf courses abound . Casa Tres Irmaos is idally located yet far away from the madding crowd when a little peace is the order of the day. The beautiful Centianes beach with its restaurant overlooking the bay is approximately a 10 minute walk. It is only a short drive from modern Supermarkets and the huge Algarve Shopping Mall, yet only 15 minutes drive from the larger local town of Portimao with its scenic marina and cobbled walkways. Conditions

A well behave Dog is allowed.

Smoking allowed only on the terraces.

25% non refundable Deposit is required on booking.

Prices based on 8 people and a small extra charge for 9 or 10 people will be required.

Changeover days Saturdays (Usually but can be discussed)

150 pounds Breakage and Damage deposit required with final payment due 8 weeks before guest arrival.

Arrival after 1500 and departure by 11am.

During the low season we`can often be fexible with dates to match your flights and can organise car hire if required.
